Breakfast is very slim for the price of the hotel

Ina quiet neighborhood within easy level walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Cold fresh water in the lobby, super comfortable beds- very nice bathroom Staff very helpful and friendly This is an older property but has a very nice retro vibe- I would certainly return and would recommend to travellers looking for something with a soul compared to chain hotels All was good

The breakfast was the bare minimum

The bathrooms are recently renovated and were clean with good water pressure/temperature. First impressions of the hotel were not great - parking lot/sidewalk had weeds and litter all over, and signs about falling ice (in summer?) were still stapled to the walls. Front desk area was okay. The most disappointing thing is that all the windows are covered with shades! And when I opened my 'shade' I was looking at a large fence and some kind of equipment which was supper ugly. This means that there is NO natural light in the room. There was peeling paint in bathroom shower ceiling and peeling material on the wood ceiling. Several pieces of the furniture in room were dinged up. The floor was sticky and the Safe was "Out of Commission." I couldn't figure out how to navigate through the TV options - no instructions provided. They do not make breakfast accommodations for people who leave before 7:30 am.

Quiet and comfy environment N/a

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The a/c worked great. At 8:00 in the morning they started knocking on our door to see if we were ready to checked out. On the first knock we said we were still not ready to leave and within the next 1/2 hour we got 3 more knocks on our door to see if we were ready to check out. Check out time was by 11:00.

We have stayed several times, nice place with pleasant staff.

It was clean and a very comfortable bed and great shower The inside has been redone but the outside and parking lot would turn anyone off.

The beds were comfy , the rooms were clean , great air conditioning The continental breakfast wasn’t great. Only had toast and cereal….

Bland Better selection

The rooms were nice and clean but the shower was something that exceeded our expectations. The lady at the reception desk was nice and helped with some advice The breakfast could have been a bit better. Some sausages and yogurts would be a nice to have.

The Breakfast was the typical boiled eggs in shell, toast and spreads and a host of cereals. Coffee and tea and milk. Only one toaster so there were delays. The food was fresh and the staff maintained the supply. The hotel is older and has renovated rooms, new bathroom (large shower and good water pressure with a multiple head shower, new sink and toilet.) Has new comfortable beds, in room heat/AC that works with a remote. Free wifi and parking with easy walk into Revelstoke. The web site stated a attached pub with 14 beers on tap and many other things, NO there is no longer any pub. This was one of the reason this older hotel was selected as it was near downtown with an attached pub. Rooms renovated however the rooms still creak and moan, typical of an older hotel.(glad we had a upper floor.)

Staff were always friendly and keeping the hotel very tidy. Very good value for the hotel price. Breakfast options were very limited.

The rooms were updated. The breakfast was decent. Could hear people walking above. Limited parking, parked on the street.

Staff was efficient and friendly. Room was very clean. Great location relative to Revelstoke and Glacier National Parks and lots of downtown restaurants. Super comfy bed. The shower was amazing. Our fifth hotel on this vacation and it has been THE BEST, by far! The parking lot was filled with potholes/uneven pavement. Definitely needs to be resurfaced. Breakfast options were limited, but fine.
