I think this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The decor was amazing, very large and comfortable common space with a record player and a lot of records. Great outdoor seating area with sauna, hot tub, steam and small cold plunge.

Super quaint! This location is a vacation all on its own!

Excellent breakfast, lounge and facilities!

Stayed for 3 nights early September. Loved our room, loved the lounge!

Breakfast was included with cost of room. Fantastic options. No top sheets on beds. Restaurant staff weren't the friendliest. Ate in the restaurant several times. Always had to ask the staff to come to the table. They would walk by and not check in. Temperature was way too hot in restaurant as well.

We love staying in the heart of the city, and this is the heart of Revelstoke. Even the alley with the garbage cans is decorated with art and well lit. The streets in the area are semi pedestrian oriented with some tables outside in the autumn. The hotel upgraded our room, so perhaps we received a bit better value than typical. Since we stayed for three days, we absolutely delighted ourselves on the top floor of the hotel. The seating area is pleasant and comfortable. There is no one at the bar, but self hosted coffee and high-quality teas are available. I spent the mornings up here reading where the windows give you at least a 180° view of the surrounding mountains. They are particularly delightfully lit in the early morning hours. Outside, we used the hot tub and the sitting area each evening. We loved the sauna and the cold dip afterwards. It's a fabulous location for an evening drink and watching the alpenglow south of the city. Our room was spacious with excellent mattress and linens. The refrigerator and wine cooler was spacious and splendid for a hotel. Bathroom linens were a delight, including the slippers and robe that we wore up to the sauna. The shades were pretty good at keeping out the light at night. My wife cannot tolerate much light during sleep, so that's important for us. The Toto bathroom toilet seat was a delight in the Japanese style. Lighting was excellent in both the bathroom and the sleeping area. The heating and cooling system worked promptly, quietly and accurately. Basically a lot of the details that you would like not to think about have been taken care of for you. Even the color selection in the room was relaxing. Wi-Fi was fairly speedy, although I didn't measure it. I did have to unplug one item in order to have a charger near the bed for phones. They had a storage room that was exceedingly well decorated, but we used it for our bicycles. Apparently it's used in winter for skis as well. It has a separate entrance. Breakfast could be slow at times although the quality was quite nice. We were presented a sheet requesting a suggested tip for the staff or 8-12% at the end of the stay. I'm a little torn as the staff probably deserve it and I was willing, though as an employer, it seems that staff should be appropriately paid by a successful business.

Beautifully decorated two story suite! Exceptional amenities including sauna, steam, cold plunge and hot tub with a gorgeous roof top lounge. Located adjacent to a top tier restaurant with other dining and shopping options at the doorstep. Lovely guest service staff who aim to delight! We should have planned more than one night to enjoy the exceptional accommodations. !

Amazing experience. Well worth it, highly recommend.
-
Beautiful property. Well appointed room. Common lounge and kitchen space was also beautiful. The small boutique vibe was maintained with only 12 rooms. Excellent and friendly staff. Very good a La carte breakfast. Super location as you can walk everywhere. Plenty of restaurants and cafe in Revelstoke. Parking was limited on a first come first served basis and not covered.
