Great room, clean and central location Nothing at all

Was seeking some solo r&r before a course close to the airport and so glad I stumbled across this gem! Beautiful sights, great sized room and bathroom to share. Lovely host who offered many local insights and very homely. Walking distance to shops and a walk along the water. Great value for any solo travelers

Amazing couple. Super friendly and helpful. Full of local knowledge. Made sure guests were happy at all times. Treated guests like we were their friend. Very welcoming and accomadating. Nothing was an inconvenience to them,when asking for help or needs. Will definitely recommend to friends and I'll be back again N/A

Great location near Queenstown Airport, although very quiet., lovely view. Close to supermarket and central location for various activities.

Homely close to airport nice views Some doors were banging at night due to wind but I am sensitive to noise

Bedroom and shared bathroom are clean. Bathroom has heating system. After sunset, hard to get there. It’s too dark around there. I expected there is the explanation about the facilities like how to use spa, but none. Wall is thin so it depends on your luck you can have pleasant sleep or not.

Very friendly host, very nice and comfortable room. Good communal facilities.

Comfy bed, really nice bathroom with great water pressure. Laundry available (washer but no dryer). Parking available. Hot tub on-site. Nice view from common space. Easy drive into Frankton or Queenstown. We were a little worried about airplane noise being so close to the airport, but it wasn't a problem at all. Place seems to be run by just one guy, which was inconvenient if you needed to find him or ask questions. Not professionally run. Really confusing when you arrive because the Spa B&B sign is on a building that you can't enter. We had to wander around and just happened to run into the owner. It's not obvious at all where to go.

Clean room and communal areas. Friendly host and dog! Room got very warm at night (could benefit with fan in room). Overall great personally. Room was upstairs with no lift access. May affect people with limited mobility/ heavy suitcases.

The cleanliness, facilities within the room and communal kitchen were outstanding. The host was on hand to help us. Being disabled, the internal staircase proved to be a very difficult .

Location was really great for getting to the airport. Could walk there in 10 minutes with suitcase. I was there to cycle and Spa is just off the Queenstown trails, there was a bike shop up the road and a good coffee and bakery about 10 mins walk away. Shops about 15 mins walk. View from the lounge is nice and the kitchen and communal area is very well equipped. Free tea and coffee. No spa facilities were offered. Josef was a good host and I'm reluctant to complain but unfortunately the room I had which was the King with ensuite and Mountain view, despite being a great room, it had no sound insulation to the neighbouring room on the front. The neighbours decided to wake up at 4am and make a telephone call friends back home, I could hear every word, and it was so loud I couldn't sleep. Such a shame because everything else was fine.

Location is convenient, facility is clean and tidy with friendly host.
