Beautiful landscape. Lovely walk along the waterfront especially to entertain kids. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Kids loved the pool, it was a good size. We enjoyed food from Stacks. They were very prompt when ordering online. Food was always ready within 15 to 20 minutes. Easy to get a paid parking spot. Black mould in the showers. It encased most of the shower so it felt yucky to use. The sliding doors on the built in robes were broken so didn't slide across properly. It didn't seem like the floors were vacuumed prior to us arriving as there was some debris on the floors (e.g. cardboard bits from kid's toys). (However, thoroughly appreciated the clear effort housekeepers gave each day to our room).

Our stay was amazing from the view, cleanliness of the room and the fantastic facilities. Even the little touches eg they had hot chocolate stations set up in the lobby one afternoon free of charge. We will definitely be returning :) I honestly have nothing bad to say about our stay. We had never been to New Zealand before so it was nice to have an inclusive place to stay with helpful staff made the trip less stressful.

Excellent just felt like home :) Staff are excellent. Breakkie had so many options!!! The heating was usually on at night even when we put our room temperature to 19degree in AC mode. Was woken up a number of nights due to this.

Great location. While outside of Queenstown it had easy access to the remarkables ski fields and was still easy to get into Queenstown by water taxi

The village area the Hilton is in is very nice, two good restaurants next door and easy access to town centre with being able to catch water taxi. I didn’t like that you could hear lots of noise from inside the room.

When you pay nearly $500 a night and then on top of that you get charged an extra $20 just to park in a dirt patch and then $15 for internet it just really annoyed me, cheapskates!

Huge selection of food for breakfast which was included in the price.View from our room was fantastic.Great getting the water taxi right out the back.Didn't have to hire a car as we were taken directly to Queenstown City centre.Fireplace in the room was lovely.Staff were fantastic. Only thing I could fault was the lounge chairs were not very comfortable for us.But we're used to recliners.

New Zealand No bond back- I’ve called 5 times no reply, I was told everything was fine and we would get it back 5-10 business days. It’s been 13!! Front desk weren’t much help - we had no coffee maker in our room, brought it up and they told us our room didn’t come with one. It’s on my booking confirmation which I showed them and our friends booked the same room and had one! We were finally given 4 vouchers between the 2 of us which didn’t accommodate for our 10 day stay. Extremely disappointed as this was meant to be my partners birthday luxury holiday.

Great location. Clean and nice environment. A few room amenities were a bit cheap and poor. The hot water machine was bad. Tasted like chlorine.
