The room was beautiful. From the moment you walk in the curtain open welcoming you into the room. Room was spacious and well laid out. The beds are comfortable Lights and curtains are controlled by touch buttons and easy to work. Location is great as its a short walk to darling harbour or if your wanting to try your luck short walk to the casino Not having to pay for parking but self parking is responsible for one night

Great sized room with amazing views of the city and harbour Upgraded to the spa room but wasn’t able to have a bath due to low water pressure it would of taken an hour to fill to a point to enjoy it

It's a nice hotel . Great location. We didn't have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed on the door (literally) they upgraded us from the jewel suit to the penthouse and our experience was amazing. Whatever we needed was accommodated to us.

Lots of tech in this room, it was large, comfortable and well appointed. No mini bar, which is a good and bad thing. Great location and good to be just outside of the Casino. Friendly staff and this deal, was good value for money. Late checkout was fantastic! Having better privacy in the bathrooms (no door locks or door seals) but night lighting was great.
