It was walking distance to everything but just rotten smell of mangoes in the alley It is not a party hostel unless you are one of the staff. They do not try to be interactive or friendly. They only talk to each other and lay around all day .

Ambiance and friendly interactions Nothing other than it being a little far from la punta and zicatela

Staff was really nice and the spaces are great for people to connect The bunk beds shake WAY too much for the tiniest movement

Had a very positive experience, despite a hiccup at the start it was quickly resolved and I had a wonderful stay.

I loved the pool and the place. Everyone was so friendly and honestly loved how you can socialize or keep to yourself without any judgement, I like to stay in my bubble so I felt comfortable every second during my stay. It would've fantastic if the staff that does the bathroom cleaning would at least knock before coming in, there were so many times that a man would come in the room to clean without warning or knocking, didn't say anything since I thought it wasn't a big deal but the other girls did mentioned it too.

The whole atmosphere of the place, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property has a big luggage storage room which is great if you have a later flight. N/A

Not sure why it gets so many positive responses. Maybe because these are young dorm stayers who praise it. It has a pool after all...and it's cheap. In my case, I didn't book a dorm but a private room, and it was completely unsatisfied. Glass windows (and curtains) instead of walls, which makes your room an aquarium. It gets very hot there but with no AC available, all you can do is turn the fan on. The key was distorted and it's not easy to open or lock the crooked lock. I was bummed but accepted that this is what you get for such a cheap rate, but then found out that there are no hot water in the shared shower (at least after midnight) and the wifi is super slow to non-existent so I really didn't have anything to do at night other than joining the youngsters horrendous karaoke by the pool (I love karaoke).

I really liked the friendly and welcoming people, it is easy to meet others and have great conversations. The courtyard area with the swimming pool and bar was a chill spot to hang out and relax after a long day. It had a good vibe. I didn’t like the narrow, unstable spiral staircase leading to the room, it’s difficult and dangerous, especially with luggage. The room was dark, stuffy, and had no real ventilation. Just a few loud portable fans that didn’t help with the heat. I was sweating and couldn’t rest comfortably. Also, the hostel is located at the end of a rocky, unlit dirt road. It’s not safe to walk in the dark alley. If you have roll-away luggage, be prepared, it’s not easy to access, especially at night. I ended up leaving early, but no refund was offered.

The room didn't had a way to lock it.

WOW this place was pure paradise! My favourite place me and my friend have been to throughout our whole time in Mexico. The people were so lovely, the staff so easy-going and helpful, and the food so delicious. The pool was so wonderful and all the hammocks and lounging spots as well. Fun events every day. Truly just can’t state enough how wonderful our stay was. I often get homesick while travelling, yet I didn’t one bit while staying here, truly felt so comfortable and home-like. I miss it already! Hope to be back again someday!!

Beautiful pool and chill atmosphere, clean dorm and ensuite bathroom. The shared toilets next to the kitchen were smelly, the dorm door didn’t close, the music at night in the common area was loud (our dorm was right next to it) but luckily they turned it off at midnight.

Lovely spacious apartment. The pool area is so beautiful with a lovely bar as well. Everyone is very friendly and helped us with any questions we had about the area :) good location if you want to be away from busy La Punta area. Looking forward to staying again

We stayed in a private room and it was lovely - it was really nice and clean and the heat actually wasnt too much of a problem as the fan was facing right over the bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Ther e is a smaller quieter beach about a 20 min walk away with some shops and restaurants.

Hostel Tower Bridge was a good choice to stay at, we wanted to avoid the noice from Party area La Punta. Nice Beaches are walkable e. g. Playa Coral. Public Transport to La Punta and Playa Zicatela for 20 Pesos. Coffee and breakfast and beer in the evening for reasonable prices. The staff was always very nice and we had a very nice stay. The Tower room was beautiful!

Lovely hostel, such a nice chilled vibe compared to other bigger hostels. When we arrived we were given an upgrade to a huge apartment with a king bed despite only booking a twin room which was a really nice treat. The staff and volunteers are all really friendly which made the stay great

it was amazing! I stayed in the end for like 10 days (also because I got sick) but I loved it! Everybody was really sweet, helped me a lot to get better! The atmosphere around the pool is very nice and in the evening with the bar it’s very fun, it’s not the typical party hostel, it’s more a place to get together have some beers, without a scooter it might be a bit difficult to get around there, but still walkable to the beach! The owners are german & really friendly!! As well the volunteers, very nice people! The private room is nice but bathroom is open in the room…& the dorms are spacious, all good! Rooms can get a bit hot I think
