Hotel Gamito

Very attentive staff. The receptionist was very kind. The location is good, in a calm, residential neighborhood. It’s 15/20 min away from the cafés and restaurants area. The beds are comfortable. Convenient for a short stay and very close to the airport. The facilities are very simple, so, if you aren’t looking for luxury, you can have a nice time. The streets nearby are dark, so they can be scary if you’re traveling solo. However, the receptionist told us it’s a very safe area. The bathroom was very damp for lack of ventilation. We didn’t mind; we stayed only one night.

New. Gigantic and clean bed and bedding good people. Many other hotels in the area. Much cheaper though older

For what I paid, I have nothing to complain about.

Clean and quiet location. A non flourescent light bulb, a lamp maybe.

The shower needs to be changed but it was not a major problem

CONSTRUCTION STARTS AT 8AM HERE. Booked the place to be able to get a few ours of sleep after an overnight flight and before a long day of work. Unfortunately they have construction crews show up at 8AM with hammers, jackhammers and circular saws making enough noise to wake anyone in the surrounding block. Halfway through all of the noise they started pounding on my door asking if I wanted to switch rooms. I said no (only had like 20min left at that point before I had to leave) but they kept pounding and shouting through the door for quite awhile. Fascinating customer service.

The stuff is extremely helpful. They offered to keep our luggage for a few hours after check-out. They can also do your laundry and they do that folding it nicely. They also have a fridge :) I didn't expect that the distance to the closest beach would be kind of overwhelming. It is located about 25 minutes from the hostel. There were ants in our room bout after we informed stuff about them they got rid of them.

Loved the airconditioning and the big comfy bed, was very clean, good food options close by No hot water, the TV isnt smart, Noise from Cleaners very early and the pillows were very hard

This was great. Clean spacious rooms with big beds. Lovely staff.

The room had air conditioning, however we did have to put something next to the gap under the door in the bathroom to make sure the air conditioning worked to its full potential as there was an open hole with mosquito net in the bathroom. There was a light on the building that was on all night and the curtains are not black out. There was also a dog across the road barking all night

location was a little far from beaches but still technically walking distance and if you rent a bike/scooter it’s very doable!

Simple, clean, fine for a night or two near the airport (cost us 70 pesos to get there). AC worked well. Sheets were a little itchy, very local area of town so not good for walking to bars/restaurants.

i really like the Hotel. it's close to the airport, which is really good. also the staff was super friendly. the bed was huge and really comfy. also there was a/c in the room, which was great! wish i would have stayed longer! everything was good

Great location close to the airport. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very friendly staff. They were also able to do our laundry in a few hours and at a good price!
