Hotel Suites La Hacienda

Suites La Hacienda was such a magical escape. The grounds are beautifully kept. There are amazing restaurants around the corner and the beach was less then a 10 min walk. There is construction going on pretty much all day. It didn’t take away from the stay but we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic location, beautiful architecture & design, lush gardens & pool oasis.

This is a hidden gem. The grounds are amazing! Upon arrival, we were handled promptly and professionally. The room was comfortable and clean. Room was in more secluded area and it offered lots of privacy. Can’t say enough good about this place. You’ll love it! Walking distance from restaurants and beaches. Try not to use the taxis!

Breakfasts were good and a great way to start the day. The pool was great Nothing comes to mind

Situated in Rinconada it was very close the surfing school and beach that we were enrolled at. The water in the shower would seep out into the bathroom since there was no door.

Small hotel, it manages to create a sense of seclusion, well located in walking distance to several beaches, lovely pool and plantings, very attentive staff, easy walk to snacks, restaurants, pharmacy and mini-groceries. The kitchenette was erratically furnished with knives, tableware and pots, skillets, etc. Of course, when we made specific requests (“small spoons and a colander, please”) management produced them.

The room, garden and pool were amazing. The breakfast was great.

This is a little gem of a Boutique Hotel. It is a couple blocks from a main street in the Rinconada neighborhood where some of the best restaurants and beaches in Puerto Escondido are. The premises are beautiful with luscious gardens and a magnifident pool that frankly you wouldn't mind forfeiting the beach over it! The owners live on the premises and have created a beautiful oasis. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Our upstairs room had a wonderful view of the ocean and a private terrace to enjoy the sunset. The room was spacious, clean, with hot water and comfortable bedding. The hotel offers a light breakfast menu and there is a bar during the day where you can get cocktails, beer and wine while lounging by the pool. We loved our stay and will pick again when in Puerto Escondido.

It was just beautiful! The architecture is stunning. The layout of the poolside great for families and if you prefer they have an Adult only pool. The staff are incredibly happy and helpful! We had the breakfast included and well worth it. Great selection from Western to Mexican varieties. The lady on there grill was an expert handling so many with omelettes or plain over easy eggs. Everything was so fresh!! Lots of activities planned for the guests. They offered a Mexican night for all guests to attend, including excellent entertainment. The beach is so swimmable and the beach service amazing. From towels to beverages. A medium walk takes you to the golf course, also tennis and pickleball courts. Our week there was worth every penny! If you were not great at walking and stairs it might be a struggle. However I’m sure they would assist as they had golf carts to get people from A to B.

This hotel is located in the lovely Rincona neighborhood, is in the Spanish colonial style with a gorgeous courtly garden with a swimming pool. The garden, for us, was the highlight and appears to be an unusual feature in Puerto Escondido. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance from many good restaurants and beaches. We especially enjoyed snorkeling at La Coral beach. The only issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was that the room cleaning sometimes occurred late in the day. All of the nearby beaches require hiking down many stairs or switchbacks.

Garden setting was lovely and relaxed. Pool was nice and the location was close to restaurants and beaches.

The courtyard pool and garden were absolutely stunning, a great place to relax in the afternoon heat, and a horticulturist's dream to boot! The location is great, a couple blocks from restaurant row on Ave Benito Juarez, and the access to Playa Carrizalillo, and not far into the centre to the market, etc. I will absolutely stay here again when I'm back in Puerto Escondido. Everything was fantastic.

Location was convenient to Playas Carizillo, Angelito, and Bacocho. The hotel grounds were beautiful with so many flowers and plants and lots of chairs by the pool in Sun and shade. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was hard to leave this little quiet paradise! Perhaps some cold sandwich options so we didn’t need to walk to restaurant row (and could stay and enjoy the pool all day). But walking those few blocks gave us a chance to buy more pan dulce. Also a refrigerator in the room and water refills was very convenient. Loved our private patio for breakfast coffee and pan.

The hotel coordinated a driver from the airport. As soon as we arrived, we felt really well accommodated. Luis and the staff were very helpful and provided a beautiful room. My wife and I found it really close to restaurants and a relaxing and safe neighborhood. The cleaning staff were really friendly and did a great job. We will plan to return when we come back. There were no issues with our stay. If you have mobility issues staying on the lower level would be easier. Since we are a young couple there were no problem with stairs.

The place is excellent. Not only clean but beautifully decorated. The room is really comfortable. The best us the attention of the owners they really make sure you are comfortable and take care of you at all moment Really there is nothing I can think bad. Everything during my stay was perfect
