Location and Staff. Kristina especially. She will do the impossible to help you and make your stay pleasant. The only complaint I have would be the pillows, very heavy and hard.

Great location. friendly staff. good breakfast. They lend you plates etc. The room (a family room) was spacious. The staff at the reception, at the bar, and at breakfast is nice. The noise from the street - I could do without it... But this is the price for being at a central location.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like! Perhaps for longer stays, one might feel that breakfast is the same every day...

Great location, a 10-minute walk to Old Town Square. But not in a crowded area. Tram stops close by. Clean and quiet, spacious room. Great breakfast with many options (if you like Central/Eastern European food) Refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle in the room. I got lucky with the weather but you either get heating or cooling AC, not possible to switch.

I got the room on the top floor with balcony and with a nice view of the Prague City. It's located in the old city area and there are many restaurants nearby and also the happening area. Staff were good and always helpful to provide all the details. Initially I got a room on the 3rd floor which I did not like but that was changed next day to the top floor as I stayed there for 5 nights. I am happy after that.

The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, but it does have a minimalist feel to it.

Breakfast was great. The receptionist was very helpful. We got two free drinks during out stay. The tram was closeby.
