Opening the window is a big no-no: passing trams make a lot of noise until midnight and early in the morning. Everything will be fine if you prefer sleeping with AC on.

They provided a big cot for the baby, and the reception service is excellent. The cleaning staff came daily and were very professional. Breakfast 10/10 - it has a wide variety. Being in Europe, I understand that most hotels mainly offer pork - but I was fine with the other foods on offer. They kept refilling whenever items finished at breakfast, and the waiters were just wonderful. I will come back to this hotel Nothing

It wasn’t as clean as I expected. The man at reception said he would check another room for me. I’m a single resident and want a quiet place to sleep. I also requested a room with a standard window, as I had eye allergy and I needed fresh air.

Very good cost benefit, clean, comfortable and good location ( if you want to stay out of the crowd of the old town) Nothing. Really good choice

The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day. There were complimentary coffee, water and tea in the room and they were refilled daily. The breakfast was tasty and with good choice. It was all good

The hotel is near public transportation and very easy to get to. The room was very spacious and the bed/pillows were comfortable. Staff was also nice. Breakfast was good! Sound insulation was not very good. We could hear a lot of noise coming from the corridor and outside, and also from upper floor (breakfast floor).

The property was located a little over a mile from most of the places I wanted to go. I walked everywhere and didn’t need public transportation. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The property was clean the maid service was excellent The breakfast food was decent but not much variety. I’m not going to say that I didn’t like the food, but it was the one thing about the hotel that could have been improved. Also, I wish that the hotel had a fitness center

Staff were friendly, the room was cleaned spotless every day, a wide variety of food was provided for breakfast, and the hotel was near great restaurants, a block away from a tram stop and only a few blocks from the metro. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

My room had only one chair. It’s not easy when you are with more than 1 person in the room. And I was missing hand soap in the bathroom.

The Hotel (new wing) is SPACIOUS and clean and comfortable! Great beds! Real value for money! Great breakfast too! It was a real surprise ! Has a tram running along it , so…but we didn’t mind as we were too tired to notice by the end of each day in the most beautiful city in the world! Fabulous trip overall ! Thank you Galileo!

The shower is a bit uncomfortable.
