Wifi was very weak during the morning and the night (cannot do the online Zoom meeting around 8 am, also around 10 pm, so I had to use my mobile data + hotspot when I need to do internet with my laptop). The staff said they cannot help as wifi becomes slower when many people uses. No nametag when storing luggage. You have to remember where you put your luggage, and you have to bring it yourself (there were many luggages when I came back, and the staff simply said "good luck")

Breakfast pretty mundane Biggest issue was owner misrepresented wi-fi should say We have Wi-Fi it just doesn't work anywhere in the building or your room. Think booking.com should investigate. Very unpleasant

Subway under the hotel, could not sleep the first night.

During reservation I chose double bed but I got twin room. Room was on a first floor (106) there was a lot of noise from the main door, people who talked in the hotel and from outside. It was unpleasant to stay in the room.

Area a little shady in evening but had no issues Property was fine. The desk staff were very helpful with advice, very kind & professional ??

"I really liked the cozy ambience; it made my stay much more enjoyable . The amenities listed on Booking.com, such as the iron and kettle, are missing from the room. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is extremely weak—almost non-existent. I have already contacted reception regarding these issues, but unfortunately, no action has been taken .

The TV and air conditioner didn't work, and despite checking in the day we arrived, nothing changed, nothing was fixed.

There was no internet in the room, the room did not correspond to 4 stars.

We stayed here for one night. Arrived late and left after breakfast. The breakfast was great. The location was excellent— we walked to the main sights. Check in was easy. They held our luggage for us.
