The room was okay, the shower place too. Poor kitchen facilities and could have more toilets.

Bellboy is handsome! Place is Clean; the security deposit can be claimed even if it's a day before check out before 9am and which has to be cash. Otherwise, payment method such as card is accepted. The bath towels to rent of 100czk needs to be replaced and should be in the same color! ?

Everything is clean and the service in the reception is very nice and helpful. Good location, good trasportation. I expected to have an option separeted dorms-room for males/females, witch wasn't in the hostel and I think should be available. Another thing, despite the kind service, we got some misinformation from the receptionist about the tourist sights in the city.

as for a hostel the conditions are great, quite private common rooms, not a walk-through yard, there is even a kitchen where you can cook, and closets where you can lock things the shower is not perfect, but normal. It is shared with a large number of cabins that are simply closed with a curtain, without doors. But there is a division into men's and women's, so in principle it is good

Receptionists were so helpful & happy to listen & happy to help with the info of city centre tour Common kitchen area is meant to be eating area not the sitting area where only 5 chairs & 2 table where other guest sitting throughout the day & using laptop ,mobile & working laptop.

Well, they will not let you know that you need pay 20 euro extra for late “check in”, till you book the hostel. And what even crazy is, if you are too late like arrive at mid night, you don’t need to pay 20 euro extra. Bull shiit. The floor is dirty. You can’t have any wifi inside the room. Bed is uncomfortable and smell bad. I can’t stand anymore.
