Grand Hotel Prague Towers

It was really warm in the room even with the AC set to the lowest tempet. The AC was also pretty loud compared to other hotels I've been to. At 5 in the morning I've got woke up by some really loud noise coming from the bathroom, no clue what it was, but had to close the door to be able to continue sleeping. The rooms could do with some modernization.

The Hotel very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Metro station in distance of 50 metres from the hotel. Very friendly personnel aspecially in the dinning room and bar. Super nice view from the window of the rooms on high floors. Twice the saunas were out of order in the SPA because of electrical shut down

Clean Great breakfast Small intentions like discount card for shops and many attractions in Prague, and bottle of wine in the arrival The shower was disappointing. The shower head wasn’t properly fixed, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The furniture also felt quite old and could definitely use an upgrade.

Excellent stay and receptionist was excellent.

Very easy to reach by car, incredible facilities and super close to the metro. Was a lovely stay and would come here again!

Gear and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - the choice is so big, we did not miss a thing. Very comfortable location - metro entrance just in front of the hotel doors. Unfortunately, there was no any guard in the pool. It was enough to have one inadequate character in the pool to make others feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Old but clean room, same with the wellness facility on the top floor. Nice breakfast, with a buffet dedicated for kids too!

Hotel is just steps from the metro and just a few metro stops from the center of the city. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Rooms are clean, but a bit dated.

Everything. The staff attitude, room, cleanliness, parking, specially breakfast buffet and their services.

Location. Comfortable. Breakfast Light was not enough. AC was not good and there was heatwave at that week.

A little bit outdated The airconditioner was not working very well

We paid extra, to get two panaromic view rooms. When we arrived they gave us another rooms and said these rooms are good too! In a 25 floor hotel they gave us two rooms in 10th floor! View? Just a square.. one room smells like 200 people smoked cigaretts 2 minutes before we arrived! We came back to the receiption and asked for panaromic room as we reserved.. they replied: we dont have such rooms! Thats just something for marketing!!! How thats possible?! What a big lie! And then because of very bad small, they gave us two rooms in 6th floor!! And thats their panaromic room view.. It was really awful and disappointing..

The room and the view is amazing. Also the receptionist David was very professional and friendly.

No washcloths, uncomfortable bed, can't order drinks at the bar, waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come to order a drink..

When metro wasn't working from the station near the hotel due yo maintanance

Great room, wonderful spa, nice staff. It's a bit far from downtown, the room a bit outdated and the metro was out of order.
