Great central location, clean room comfortable bed, nice stuff, good but minimal breakfast, gym was open from 5:30 in the morning The water flow in the shower was very weak. The breakfast could have some more variety (especially healthier options) like egg whites omelette, low fat options of cheese and dairy peanuts butter.

Everything was great. The location, the room, the staff, the amenities, all were perfect. Definitely will stay here again. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t say anything about it. -

Perfectly located hotel, just a short walk from the historic center. Clean, elegant, and beautifully decorated, with an excellent and varied breakfast. The staff is very polite and kind, always attentive. The facilities are extremely comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely an excellent accommodation option.

Clean fashionable handy location great staff. Rooms attended to every day. Large bed very comfortable. Room was a little cramped for 3 days and cupboard space limited. Couldn’t open windows for fresh air so not really a fan of A/C. Hotel situated on tram line so can be a little noisy at night but you soon become accustomed to it.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Away from the chaos but close to where we wanted to be. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever enjoyed. There was nothing we didn’t like.

maybe have more variety on dinner menu and room service menu. when the weather is cold/ rainy, sometimes you don't want to go out to find food. the bar downstairs could serve tapas like snacks with drinks
