It was centrally located. The rooms were cleaned well every day. I was able to get hot water or tea from the buffet breakfast in the morning The rooms were small. There were no amenities for tea or coffee. i had to go down 5 floors every day to get hot water for tea. The check in staff was indifferent

The rooms felt more like a 2-star hotel than a 3-star property. They were old, outdated, and had a musty smell. The bed, especially the pillows, was uncomfortable. There were no slippers, no handheld bidet spray in the bathroom, and no power outlets next to the bed, so charging devices was inconvenient. The room key cards frequently failed to work for both the room door and the elevators, and the hotel's facilities generally felt outdated. Housekeeping was disappointing. After requesting room cleaning, the bed was made, but the room itself was barely cleaned. Rubbish was left on the table, and the toilet paper was not replenished. The Wi-Fi was slower than expected. One night there was no running water at all, which is unacceptable. Breakfast items were not labeled, making it difficult to know what some of the dishes were. Finally, the staff were generally professional but not particularly welcoming or friendly. Overall, despite the excellent location, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location. You can walk to almost anywhere you want to be in Prague. Breakfast is good, plenty of choices. Rooms are tiny. Probably par for the course for Europe, but definitely feels cramped.

Unfortunately, the room we were given was in terrible condition. It was heavily covered in dust and clearly had not been cleaned to a proper hygienic standard. Experiencing such negligence, especially after giving advance notice about a medical sensitivity, is completely unacceptable. This situation has caused my wife severe discomfort and put her health at risk. As a global brand, Ibis should maintain much higher standards of cleanliness and customer care. I request that you investigate this matter immediately. I expect a formal explanation and an appropriate solution or compensation for the distress and health risks this has caused us.

Check in was somewhat confusing, probably due to the language barrier but that was a detail.

The location. The staff, especially Mr. Josef. He ensured that we have a very comfortable stay despite of some issues in the beginning. The air conditioning is barely working. Prague was having the hottest time of the year but the AC was not cooling the very small room. I complained in the middle of the night as I was soaked in sweat and couldn’t sleep. After checking many other rooms, I was shifted to an Accessible room that had very good air conditioning.

It’s comfy and clean. We stayed there with my family. We had a good night stay.

It lucks the basics, even Pin not available. Very expensive when compared to the facilities.

The property is conveniently located to Old Town, restaurants and shopping. The parking garage was a great add/on option! Our room did not have working a/c and the window was TINY! Also the bathroom was damaged and taped back together.

They have piano and guitars at the lobby area. That is good. Thats why i booked them. Thanks. Nice touch. They have piano and guitars at the lobby area. Both guitars had missing strings. I bought a set of strings and replaced missing ones on one of the guitar. I played 2 evenings not loud to myself. On thu night a staff member approached me at about 11.30pm and asked me to stop playing and leave. He wasnt rude but also wasnt nice. Not sure why thu evening it was a problem but wed and tue evenibg it wasnt.

The were some small insects in the room and the elevator. The elevator was stuck with the access card. The cleaning staff makes a lot of noise and bangs with the cleaning equipment in front of the room early in the morning without any consideration that someone still sleeping.

The standout aspect of the hotel for me was its location, only about a 12-14 minutes walk to both the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The breakfast was excellent and I really enjoyed it. The price matches the offering. These are aspects the hotel should focus on improving: the bathroom had an unpleasant damp odor. The sofa bed wasn’t prepared when we arrived, and the room for four only had coffee cups for two.

Figuring out the elevator.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was outstanding and served until 10:30 a.m., which is a nice bonus since many hotels end breakfast much earlier. The food was always fresh, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a lovely bar that was perfect for relaxing with a cocktail after a day of touring. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance from everything. We would happily stay here again.
