Excellent breakfast options. Nice sauna and steam bath. Small hot tub. Good size pool with excellent city view. Quick quiet elevators. Excellent location next to metro and trams and 3 level mall next door. Think I was charged for breakfast all days when I only went the first and last days. I will contact office to check.

I liked many things about the Panorama Hotel the room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, the view was amazing, the restaurant has very delectable food. To me what made my stay such a pleasure was the exceptional staff that went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was just that a step above the rest. To the staff that went above and to make me feel like a VIP I salute you for you greet hospitality. The next time I am in Prague I will definitely be staying there again. This are some of the reasons that made this a 5 star experience for me!!!

The hotel needs renovation especially in the public areas. Paint, carpet and wall paper were all dated.

It was in a great location , the metro system is so quick and easy to use , was able to get to all the tourist attractions very easily . The staff were excellent , super friendly and willing to help you with anything you needed . One gentleman named Martin’s went out of his way to help my mother in law when she required assistance ! Was a very kind man. Nothing to say in this regard

The hotel offers a great variety of food options with several restaurants available, and the quality of the food was excellent overall. The aquapark and kids’ aquapark were very enjoyable and more than sufficient for families. There were also plenty of sunbeds available at all times, which made the experience even more comfortable. The sea was truly breathtaking. The reefs, corals, and colorful fish created an exceptional underwater view and made snorkeling an unforgettable experience. The staff at the à la carte restaurants were also incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The only point I would mention is that the food quality at the à la carte restaurants was average compared to the rest of the hotel, although the service itself was excellent. Apart from that, everything else was outstanding. I have traveled to many all-inclusive hotels before, but this hotel genuinely impressed me with its service quality, hospitality, and overall experience. I will definitely give a 10/10 review on both Booking and Google. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning next year with our family! ?

Amazing stay, very much worth it. Fast and friendly check-in and check-out processes. Very nice location with very close access to the Metro (both via open street or going through the shopping mall). The room was nice, with an amazing view, very big toilet and storage/utility spaces. A very nice surprise was also provided in my room as it was my birthday. I was only surprised by the fact that you have to pay an extra fee to use the swimming pool.

Good location, 5 minutes’ walk to the closest metro or tram station. The closest mall is 2 minutes’ walk, where you can find food court, shops, grocery store, bakery. The hotel has a well-equipped gym and small swimming pool with panoramic view on the top floor (24). Room was clean and comfortable for 2 people with a well-equipped bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. No problem with check-in/check-out. Mattress was old and uncomfortable, due to lack of firmness. Except weekend visit, you have to pay for parking either at the hotel's parking lot (relatively expensive) or use public parking in the area.

Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable beads. Nice view of the city. A metro station very close, also a shopping centre if you need anything I do appreciate having cups, electric kettle and coffee and tea bags. However the spoons had the marks of a previous hot drink and this was disappointing. I once had Thai pad at the Pan83 restaurant, not good in my opinion.

This was my third stay at this property. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to a subway station a mall with supermarket, shops and food court and good restaurants in there and nearby. You are in the center in 10 minutes. If you book a room with the view of the city on a higher floor (which I recommend because to see the light on major sights getting turned off at midnight is a show) you get a spectacular view of the castle, the lesser town and the old town. I recommend you bring binoculars ? When I first entered the room it smelled not only clean but disinfected and always clean and fresh after that which is something I value. I think what that stands out at this property are the people that work there. Whether working with the booking and reservations office where I had some health issues and had to change the date of my stay, the receptionists (young lady Adela was simply lovely) or interacting with the cleaning staff, or the time my Tv signal was breaking up and I called for maintenance, the experience has always been extremely pleasant and service timely and completely satisfactory. I recommend this hotel. If you are traveling with an elderly person or someone with restricted mobility I need to point out that the bathrooms have a very deep bathtub that can make it challenging for the person to get in and out unassisted.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. For me personally, the pool water felt a bit too cold. I understand that it is winter, but I believe the water temperature could be slightly warmer to make the experience more comfortable.

The breakfast is great! When booking a room with access to wellness it would be great to know that the pool is closed for maintenance. The rooms are clearly dated and could use some refurbishing and they're missing even basic equipment such as ironing board.

Hotel location was convenient for my purpose, check-in and check out were smooth, friendly staff. My room was rather big, clean with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Nothing in particular, just bit overall dated
