The staff is amazing. The receptionists are friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is located outside the main/old city center, but there are public transport stops nearby, and from there you can quickly and conveniently get to various directions, including the old city center. There are several restaurants, cafes, shops and also a small shopping center near the hotel. The rooms were clean and quite large. I highly appreciate the separate toilet from the bathroom. The daily staff was pleasant and communicative. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The breakfast was okay. The bed I slept on was not very comfortable. The mattress was not horizontal (probably because of the slats underneath), so I slept badly. The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work. There were also problems with the TV.

Great location, we used to live on this street and it is a great neighborhood for those looking to stay outside the more tourist heavy city center areas. AC worked well in our room! Old dirty carpet, mold all over the bathroom walls

Our stay was nice. The location was great near by the transit. The breakfast wasn't that great. Stuffed air. Not much of protein options. Small room.

Location Almost no staff, you need to call them out to open gate so you can get in with wheelchair, main entrance has stairs, room is extremely small and old, can smell something. Also when we told that we traveling with wheelchair we were informed that we should be careful with carpet, so we not get it damaged and dirty, because carpet is light color, in reality in the room is an old dirty carpet, you see its worn down. I dont know whay they describe it so, but reality is very different...

The price was very reasonable, an excellent breakfast, with a variety of hot options, was included and everything was very clean. We had a separate toilet to the bathroom which was very good with 3 adults staying. Very good transport links to the city and airport. A double bed was in the lounge area to accommodate the 3 of us, therefore there was no lounge seating. We had to sit at a dining table. The night staff person who was in attendance when I arrived around 7pm could not speak English and wasn’t too friendly. Because 2 of our party had checked in, I was not on her list and I had no network connectivity to contact the others. The staff person made no attempt to understand my problem.

Could be a good value if you need just a bad for the night, but if so you may use hostel with more conform some times. Very disappointing experience. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no sense of responsibility for assisting guests. The parking entrance is extremely narrow and may be unsuitable for larger vehicles. This important limitation should be clearly stated in the property description, as it can cause serious inconvenience upon arrival. We also requested an iron, but were told it could not be provided because we arrived after 8:00 PM. This is an unreasonable level of service for paying guests. Overall, the property lacks proper guest support, clear communication, and basic hospitality. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds Far from Prague old town to walk although very near is shopping mall with grocery store, Calhoun an apartment he had to go through one bedroom to get to the other. Plus, there wasn’t any sitting area to watch television as a group, Etc.
