Breakfast ok, could be a more variety of food. We had a window broken in the room, beds uncomfortable. Bathroom missing hangers. Needs upgrade with furniture.

Very comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast for a fair price I loved everything there
-
Nice that it had delicious breakfast The staff was incredibly rude

Quiet area of the across the river. Away from the crowds. A few eating establishments close by. Good breakfasts

We always stay there when we visit Prague. It is a perfectly run hotel with an old time feel and modern amenities. Golden location.

Breakfast was good. Staff was constantly seemed to be rushing us out either by picking up dishes before we were done or by rushing us out of dining room. See above. Staff was rushing patrons. Floor in room Was not clean. The bathtub was higher than the floor so it was hard to get into by stepping up into it. Very slippery. The shower head is on the side of the tub not at the head of the tub so you had to hold the handheld shower head with one hand leaving you to bathe yourself with one hand. If you left handheld in its holder, the water sprayed right out of the tub! Poor planning and made it extremely clumsy. Housekeeping was not so great either. The floors were dirty and were not mopped each day. Our tray of used coffee mugs were not taken.

Also the shower in the washroom was not working properly. We were just few minutes late and breakfast ended.

Continental breakfast was good Location is perfect, near to many tram stations You could walk to a Costa Cafe to enjoy a evening there or just walk to Pražský metronom and enjoy the park or the sunset

Giod breakfast Front desk person cut me off when I was checking out and I found it rude, but it may be just cultural differwnce

Cost and breakfast The light in the bathroom keeps going off. Even when you’re in the shower. The room was too small for us to put our suitcases anywhere. There is no outlets for your phones to charge. And the AC did not work.

The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comportable. The breakfast was very rich and good. Tha location of the hotel is very good. The neigborhood is very quiet far from the crowd of the center but in the same time is walking distance fro the Old city. If I come to Praue again I would stay at the hotel "Belvedere" again

Amazing location. If you're looking for a quiet place, you won't like it - it's situated on a street with trams, but we didn't mind it. Room was nicely spacious and the bed very comfortable. Overall satisfied, would stay again. Drains would benefit from some work, just like the shower.

Good location, max 15 min from city center. The bus stop is in front of the building. Recommend the location ? The breakfast was normal - good The room was too small. I had to move the furniture or turn off the electric water heater just to plug in my phone charger. Very noisy rooms due to an outside system running constantly.

The WiFi was terrible, and nothing worked with it. The bath was tiny, and the breakfast was not the best; they also had really bad coffee. But the worst part was the staff. They were incredibly rude. We requested extra pillows the first night, and it was a big deal for them. I tried to book a massage, but they just threw me the paper where I had to do it when it clearly said it has to be booked at the front desk. When I tried to check out, the lady at the front desk charged me again the city taxes, even though I had already paid for them when I arrived. I explained this to her a few times, because at the check-in, they had clearly stated that everything was paid since I had booked an extra night and paid for everything pending on-site. Even after I explained this, she just kept saying, “It’s not possible.” She didn’t even pretend to check. All these interactions were with different staff members, and not one of them was helpful or nice. Definitely not a place I would recommend, and it’s not even close to the city center.

Located in our favourite part of Prague. We booked a double/twin room, and got a confirmation from the hotel they will get us a double room, or at least twin with moved together beds. We ended up getting a random triple room, and had to move furniture around. The reception person said he’ll get us a double bed room for the second night but that didn’t happen. They couldn’t even give us a bigger blanket for two people. Moreover, the shower head was broken, pouring the water all over, and there was an electrical switch that’s not waterproof right in the middle of the bathtub, kind of a serious security hazard. Absolutely not worth 100 per night.

Whole night there was a mechanical sound that effected my sleep poorly. I couldn't figure out the cause. It sounded like it was coming from the AC unit but the AC was actually off. Poor sleep effects your perception of a hotel quite a lot. Otherwise it was a pretty nice stay.
