We appreciated a lot the basement with different games and billiard. People at the reception were rather helpful especially Veronika who gave us a lot of information about local restaurants in the neighborhood and different museums and activities for the kids. Veronika even sent us a letter with the list of activities with address and working hours. We really appreciated complete silence in the room. We have had great nights after visiting the city! . We would like the restaurant to be open a bit longer for breakfast. And we would appreciate a special TV cartoon channel for the kids.

Such a friendly greeting on arrival. The room was so spacious, beds were lovely and firm and it was beautifully clean. The location is superb and a 2 minute walk from the start of everything. It's also nice and quiet. Gorgeous courtyard effect and very Czech. Super Argentinian restaurant attached too! Highly recommend.

Great location , walking distance from the old city and there is a shopping mall just a few meters away. Delicious breakfast No parking on site, closest parking was 6 minutes away .

Excellent hotel and great rooms. Avoid in summer: read below! Unfortunately the hotel is not equipped with air conditioners. we visited during a heatwave in Europe. We were unable to sleep because inside the room the temperature raised to nearly 40 degrees C. So after a sleepless night ,my strong recommendation: ****do not book this hotel in hot summer days****

Kudos to the front desk team! Each attendant we talked to over three nights stay was very friendly and kind and helpful. (This was not our experience in most other interactions with Czechs.) You helped make our stay in Prague very easy and enjoyable.

Staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. The desk fan provided was nice to have on hot nights. Breakfast served at the hotel was fabulous! The entire property is very charming and made us feel very at home during our entire stay in Prague. Couldn't be happier with our choice in Hotel Salvator!
