First of all the location of the hotel is amazing! 2 minutes walk from the metro. The check-in and check-out was fast and easy and the personal was nice and polite. Here is the list of the problems that where in this hotel. 1. While we arrived there were a full on renovations and construction work near the entrance of the hotel which also made it difficult to enter and exit from the parking space and the hotel didn't warned us about this situation, maybe if I knew I would booked another hotel without the constructions. 2. The parking itself is very small so a big car would make a problem to enter and exit. 3. The hotel doesn't have any air conditioning in the rooms so better to arrive at winter time when it is colder. 4. The rooms were sort of cleaned because I can for sure say that they didn't vacuum the floors

The hotel is being renovated right now so I woke up at 6 am because of the noises. From my room I could hear people speak loudly in the inner yard both in the afternoon and in the morning. I don't think it's fair to accept guests when you can't allow them to sleep properly.

When we entered to check in thats time we know about city tax 12€ +

Good location and option for late check in. Bed was comfortable. Big room size. Breakfast room was a bit disorganized. Curtains didn't darken the room completely
-
Old furniture, only one chair in the room for two persons
-
Good breakfast. Parking inside.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to everything, including the metro and tram stations. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The room size is amazing—I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again.

Great location, super kind stuff Hotel is a bit old school, still no a big deal, but in our room there was a kind of boiler i guess, and was really loud all the time

The breakfast was good and the variety was more than enough. I especially loved the beans, they were delicious! The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the I.P. Pavlova metro station, which made it very easy to reach everywhere in the city. The beds were very clean and comfortable, and overall the room felt well-maintained. I would also like to thank the staff for the crackers they gave us during checkout, it was a very kind and thoughtful gesture. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The only minor downside is that if your room faces the main street, there can be some noise due to traffic. Other than that, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was great – the staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was excellent, and the location is perfect, close to everything. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague!

It was very old hotel which you could notice even by checking the room facilities. The walls are very thin and you could hear every morning the sounds from other rooms. Not any method to change temperature of the room. If it was too hot you needed to open the windows.

It is important to note that the beds were very soft and some people find it bothersome, also the elevator only stops every half floor so it is not very accessible.

Location Room humidity
-
It is closer to city center

Good location for access to sights in Prague. 24 hour desk & helpful staff. Comfortable room, elevator. n/a

Very affordable place to stay in Prague. Easy to access, tramlines are very close to this location and it is short walk away from central areas. This value for money type of place where you go to sleep. There is noise in the room, where it does not bother me a lot, someone might find this not suitable. Bed could had also been better.

We also had to take stairs to get to and from the elevator.

Check-in was quick and smooth, the rooms were as expected, we even got a present! Excellent location, nice staff, very good breakfast!

The staff were all very friendly. The elevator is weird... It lets you off between floors and then you have to take the stairs either up or down to your actual floor...
