Breakfast was good, may be the only good thing plus the location of the hotel. staff are very unfreindly and inpolite. internet is very bad, no quiet day and night, there is no real service . hpuse keeping don't knock the doors . the receptionests are aggressive and not polite.

The room had no AC and WIFI didn`t work, the carpet is old and dirty

Location was good and the staff was nice. They also have a nice luggage room to hold your belongings before or after checkout. Breakfast was also nice My room and the hallways smelt like people had smoked in it before. WiFi did not seem to work anywhere especially not in my room

The location was walkable to most sites despite being close to some unsavory places (strip club, main bus stop, and an area near the bus stop that smelled of urine and trash). The breakfast was decent and varied but the scrambled eggs were not good unless masked by something else from the buffet. Some of the staff was friendly, but this was not consistent. In my room there was no air conditioning and a weak/clattering fan, so the window had to be kept open at all hours for (somewhat cool) air. This is the worst hotel for noise I've ever experienced. My room was facing the street-side which was very busy at all hours and under construction during the day. This busy street was full of emergency vehicles often, and surprisingly loud unregulated car/motorcycle mufflers. To boot, there is a DJ studio next to the hotel that plays music until 4am some nights with his window open! Ever tried sleeping to a reggaeton beat? Other people were yelling in the street coming home from the bars. Because of the heat (no a/c) and noise, I would never recommend this place.

There is no internet in the rooms

The Internet was not working in my room but it worked in the reception. Also, there's no air conditioner in the hotel. Only fan was used

There is no AC or even enough fans for all the rooms, it was extremely hot and there was no way to cool down room. Staff didn't care much about it, they sell cold water on the reception and that is about it. The WiFi is terrible, there is no service in the room at all, only on reception and it is always crowded (because WiFi only works there). The room was not very clean, and they cleaned it once in four nights so that was not very nice.

Everything was very much fitting the description, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. There is a possibility of leaving your luggage before check in and after check out which is immensely important for making the best out of your whole stay. The location is a couple minutes from a metro line, so getting around is easy from the hotel. The room was clean, tidy and ready on time. Breakfast had a lot of options for different tastes and diets. There is a bathroom usable before check in and after check out at no additional cost. The floor is carpeted, which affects the overall cleanliness. The hairdryer didn't work, there are no slippers provided and there were no hygiene products except for shower gel and hand soap. There is only a single elevator for all seven floors, which isn't great for the wait times, especially around breakfast and check out. The provided luggage room is unorganized and left unlocked as much as it is locked. Our room was facing the street which boasts a lot of traffic, even at night. Police and ambulance sirens are much louder than I was used to, so getting a good rest is difficult. Breakfast had a lot of options, but some of them were barely edible (beet salad, eggs).

Amazing location close to all public transportation options and close to the city center walking distance, wifi was so good, small room and basic breakfast but good value of money Escalator wasn’t working on the checkout day and I had luggage so had to take them by myself from the third floor, I didn’t ask for help maybe they could’ve helped

Breakfast was very good, but the serving space was small, and crowded with people trying to get past each other to the food. The room was small and cramped. There was only one chair, and no lamp above the desk. There wasn't any rack for unpacking your suitcase. The room wasn't big enough for one. The location is not very close to a tram stop. You have to walk halfway to the Namesti Miru to get on the tram that goes to the Metro entrance there. The Sokolska street is a loud, busy traffic thoroughfare, all night long, too. Fortunately, I had brought along a set of earplugs so I could sleep. The biggest disappointment is that this hotel does not have air conditioning. I assumed that it did. It was around 90F, and there was no ventilation. On the third day of my stay, a man from the front desk brought a little vertical fan to my room. I appreciated that, but it didn't help much. Now I must comment on one of the employees, a certain blond lady at the front desk. We were having a friendly chat about how high the prices of gasoline and groceries are getting. The lady said it's because we're sending all our money to Ukraine. Then she began an extensive tirade against Ukrainians, calling them Nazis, conceited, lazy, expecting everybody to give them everything, and on and on. It was like listening to Kremlin-controlled Russian TV. I'm not Ukrainian, but I support their struggle for freedom, and I said so. She reacted that Ukraine had its chance for peace, and that "they deserve what they're getting". If I was Ukrainian, I would have walked out of there immediately, and demanded my money back! This lady proceeded to denigrate the US presidential candidate Kamala Harris, referring laughingly to her as "that Indian". She continued, praising the far-right German AfD, stating that they should have started 20 years ago. Seeing that I'm from the Netherlands, she went on about how Moslems are taking over our country, and we're stupidly letting them. I didn't say much; I just stood there rather stunned, but I certainly could have responded to every one of those lies. I didn't go on a vacation to be subjected unprovoked to extreme-right propaganda. That woman was full of hatred and predudice, and I did not speak to her again. Of course, she has a right to her opinion. The Czech Republic is a democracy. But I just find it very unprofessional that an employee of the hotel would unload like that on a customer who was not looking to get into a political argument.

Great location, lot's of good restaurants, connection to public transport close by. Receptionist was very friendly and eager to help with any issues we had. Hotel has a agreement with few local places, just ask for a discount coupons if they have any promotion currently. Haven't tried the breakfast since I was eating out. Room was clean, not worn or destroyed, with everything you would expect from a hotel. Not much to complain, maybe just few thing to point out for future guests maybe. The shower corner was quite small, if you are a bigger person you'll might have some funny time in taking the shower (can't say this for all the rooms but this one). AC didn't work or my inability to operate a power button caused this, didn't bother to investigate I was spending most of the time in the city after all, even in 28C (in May) during the day it was still cool inside. Bed had a tiny bit worn in spot but you could barely feel it sleeping (I have experienced much worse).

It looks a bit yuck online, but it’s actually great, free breakfast. Place to storage luggage. Big window. Decent beds. No fridge. No fridge. Staff were not as pleasant as they could be

They doesnt have slippers in the room. And staff werent friendly and helpful. Location was not bad
