Location, cleanliness, very good kitchen, atmosphere!! Nothing

Room was incredible, enough space for all of us - family of 4-, all super clean and in perfect condition, bed super comfy, the breakfast was also super good and tasty we loved it, we actually loved all the experience at the hotel. my daughter in particular she loved it so much, it was her first time at a hotel and she was not disappointed. Staff was super kind and helpful. I liked everything!

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was beautifully maintained—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, offering convenient access to Prague’s key attractions while still feeling pleasantly removed from the busiest tourist areas. It made getting around simple and enjoyable. The highlight of our stay, however, was the breakfast. It was outstanding—fresh, varied, and consistently well-presented. The selection catered to a wide range of tastes, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. It truly set a positive tone for each day and exceeded our expectations. While our overall experience was very positive, there were a few issues with the bed that affected our sleep quality. The mattress was somewhat uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. The pillows, although generously sized, were quite large and not very easy to use comfortably. We also noticed that the right side of the bed (when facing the headboard) seemed slightly slanted, which created an unusual and somewhat uneasy sleeping position.

No air conditioning available yet because it was too early in the year but the room got warm. Luckily opening the window was fine because we were too high up for any potential street noise.

I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights, a couple of days for sighseeing and a conference. The location was excellent as it was jsut about midway between the conference center and the city with easy transportation. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping addressed all requests. Airconditioning and all facilities were excellent. Highly recommended. No complaints

Room was boring because of colors. Actually I saw the first time socket not near bed i couldnt find socket to plug near me/

Good location, clean interior. They added an extra breakfast at checkout. I only had one breakfast, but paid for two. :(

Good location. Nice 25min walk to centre. Cosy bar for a drink. Rooms were of high standard. Good breakfast. It's near public transport but we choose to walk everywhere. My first time in Prague and it's a fabulous city. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there when hopefully I return again to beautiful Prague

Everything. Hotel , breakfast, staff all very good. A very good hotel in a very good location . You have nearby trams and metro that can get you in any city's locations. It is need for a shower cap in the bath. And was a slight smell in the bath .

Special thanks to Yulia at the reception desk. It's a 10-minute walk to the metro. But it is impossible to sleep with the windows open at night because police cars and ambulances often drive past with their sirens on, which is very disturbing. It feels like they are doing it on purpose because it happens almost every 15 minutes. Otherwise, everything was great.

Clean, good location central to everything. Without being in the center of the crazy of old and new square Shower doors kept coming off. Liked everything else. Decent bar closes a little early 10:00 PM. Restaurant was cute clean and fair menu

Excellent location. Walking distance from Old town and transportation. Amazing breakfast with variety and well served. Very clean rooms but hall carpet was not nice and smelled humid. Convenient instant coffee , tea and kettle in room. Nice , clean bathroom with good shower. Transportation was kindly arranged by the hotel. Water and ice were not daily provided in rooms. Mini bar barely chilled the drinks At the reception , just 1 lady was really welcoming , nice and friendly.
