The location and the property was very beautiful. The elevators are very small but that is usual in Europe

My experience was very disappointing. The service was terrible. I had a reservation that, for some reason, was recorded incorrectly for three guests. When I arrived at the hotel, I was simply told that I could only check in with one additional person. At no point did the staff try to offer an alternative or help us find a solution so we could stay together. We even explained that a room with one double bed would be sufficient for the three of us and that we were willing to pay an additional fee if necessary. Despite that, they made no effort to accommodate us. This was the second time we planned to stay at this hotel because our first experience had been positive. Unfortunately, this visit was completely disastrous. The receptionist treated us in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. They showed no willingness to help or to look for a reasonable solution. We arrived tired, carrying our luggage, and all we asked for was some understanding and assistance with what seemed like a simple issue to resolve. What disappointed us the most was the complete lack of empathy. At no point did we feel treated with respect or dignity as guests or as human beings. Where was the hotel’s empathy and commitment to customer service? Unfortunately, the service was disastrous. What disappointed us the most was not the reservation issue itself, but the attitude of the front desk staff. They showed a complete lack of empathy, understanding, and willingness to help. The way we were treated was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Instead of making any effort to resolve the situation or offer a reasonable alternative, they made us feel as though our concerns did not matter at all. As a final point, I believe that, at the very least, a full refund is an appropriate gesture of goodwill in light of the unfortunate experience we had. I expect the hotel to take responsibility for the way this situation was handled. I trust that you will demonstrate the professionalism and maturity to acknowledge what happened and resolve my complaint fairly by issuing a full refund.

Just the location Very old rooms, broken tiles in the bathroom, wood on the floor scratched, bathtub had not stopper, you hear water dripping, leak of toilets from other rooms. This is not hotel, there is no kitchen, its re-done apartment building!!! Bathroom towel holder was collapsing, tub switch for shower was broken!

1. Safe was broken and they couldn’t fix it 2. Phone was not working and they could not fix it. 3. Smells like mold 4. AC working was bad 5. Elevator was not going to 6th floor all the way. 6. Was very old interior , pictures are not making the justice.

The location was convenient to transportation and the hotel was gorgeous. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with a tea kettle and coffee maker. Breakfast was simple but good. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was not only out of this world, but the location was only a 5 min walk away from a subway station. I loved the classic interior of the space, and believe it was the best hotel I stayed in during my time in Europe.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was fine and nice selection of food and plant based milk The coffee was ok to It was in a perfect location for who wants to be close to metro and tram and not so far away from the city center I recommend and will probably come again There is a lot of stairs, I had big suitcase and small one and it was very hard for me to take them up the stairs and down. I don't have problem with 2-4 stairs but when you go out of the elevator you have to go up / down a 1 floor to get to your room They should have said it before or send someone to help with the suitcase And the water in the shower was very weird, sometimes hot sometimes cold

Bathroom fan was not working

Water temptature wasn't stable and the beds weren't very comfortable

Great breakfast, free water and bon bons, friendly and highly hospital staff. Secure entrance and large rooms. As bathtub ? lowers we were pleased.

Perfect. We loved everything about this hotel. It's 100 meters to the tram station. Around 20 to 30 minutes to the central station. Friendly staff. Clean and well-decorated room. Definitely staying here again when we visit Prague next time!

Real nice and quite location just 10 minutes away from the Old Town Square. Great buffet breakfast with a variety of options and two different dish per day. The standards are: scrambled eggs, bread (gluten-free option too), donuts, french croissant, fruits, juice, tea, cafe, corn flakes, milk, yogurt (original flavor & with fruits), vegetables, cheese. Very warm room and interiors. Very clean. Gentle staff. A couple of tiles in the bathroom were elevated and need to be fixed. Not that causes any issue. The ventilation in the bathroom only works for a few seconds when you turn the bathroom lights on, which is inefficient for removing steam or smells. Air-condition remote was missing, or at least it wasn't in an obvious location, but I used my phone as a remote.

The room was small for 3 people. We stayed on the 5th floor in a triple room.

Plenty sweet cakes,fresh cold table,continental,stayed in 3 hotels in Prague and this breakfast was by far worst .

The hotel is very well designed and maintained. Interior and furniture are retro but they seem to be in a great condition. Room had plenty of space. Check-in was smooth. Bed was comfortable and sleep quality was overall good. I liked that they provided slippers. The hotel is also located in a great neighborhood with lots of beautiful streets and houses, great pubs and cafés. Breakfast items had no allergens listed, and no descriptions whatsoever. Staff didn't seem to know either. As someone with food allergy, I could only have some vegetables and then go for a real breakfast to a nearby café.

Nice quiet hotel in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to underground and tram. Great breakfast. Parking. Locked front door, good sense of security. Helpful personnel. We enjoyed our stay very much.
