The website pictures are misleading.

The room looks good, new, staff is friendly, few minutes walk from trindade. needs some maintenance… wasn’t so clean… room was not ready on time, No door at the shower, air conditioning stopped every hour so i had to wake up few times to turn it on, the “gym” isn’t a gym at all (has 2 machines, not even dumbbells) . Homeless people sleep by the hotel door at night.

Location acceptable, and operational 24/24 beds are comfortable They didn’t clean my room the second day and the breakfast does not include vegetables or boiled eggs

We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to all the main attractions and points of interest. The staff were kindly and always willing to help with any question or request. Their willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. While our overall stay was pleasant, we were disappointed with the breakfast. The selection was very limited and lacked variety. We expected a wider range of options, including fresh salads, yogurts, and different types of bread. Expanding the breakfast selection would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

I disliked everything about this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The location was also convenient - about a 23‑minute walk to Porto Ribeira, which made it easy to explore the city on foot, with no need to use the public transport. There were a few small issues: the water pressure wasn’t great, the bathroom ventilation was weak so we had to open the window after showers and the shower glass was a bit short, which caused some water to spill onto the floor. However, these were really just minor details and didn’t affect the overall comfort of our stay.

Location, clean room, nice staff Breakfast could be more diverse

Location is close to our meeting place for the Douro day tour in Lapa area, less than 5 min walk. A supermarket nearby, metro station to airport within 10 min walk but with some hill if you have luggage to carry, and restaurants within 15 min walks. Room is a bit tight but works for us. It may be a bit further from the historical center sightseeing but is manageable if you don't mind walking a bit more.

Room thermostat does not control room temperature. Room temperature is controlled from lobby area. I have to call the lobby to change my room temperature..

The property is very accessible to all historic sites as well to stores and good restaurants. The room was very clean and warm. The stuff was amazing. Very respectful, friendly,accommodating and responsive. Good breakfast options are available.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly, the lobby and the bar super cozy and well put together, and the room was fantastic!

I was on the top floor and had a wonderful view of old Porto. It was quiet. Very clean. The staff all spoke English and were helpful. Be aware there are homeless people sleeping right outside the front of the entrance to the hotel.

Kinda clean, friendly people overall The breakfast is poor quality, sometimes not refilled for a long time, some dishes are just questionable and I didn’t touch them because they looked off. The room is fine overall. There’s a strong smell of chemicals when cleaning ladies are coming in the morning while we have breakfast in the dining area, as the toilets are right near the corner.
