The staff and the breakfast Location

We checked in and were greeted by a friendly staff, the room was great! they upgraded us to a room with a balcony which is very nice :) The TV, AC, and mini fridge worked perfectly. Everything looked new and well taken care of, and the shower pressure... was amazing... hot water in a few seconds and they also cleaned our room daily. Breakfast was nice too, it was a classic Italian breakfast with bread, cold cuts, sweet pastries, fruits, juices, and coffee. The hotel location is 15 minutes from Castello Aragonese, but from the short walk around, on the main street, there are many bars and restaurants as well.

Location, the amazing view from the terrace (shared with other guests), from it you have a breathtaking view of the castello aragonese. The man at the front desk was really kind and helpful, with lots of tips on the island, what to do and where to go, even helping us find solutions when our ferry has been cancelled. Good breakfast with fresh and traditional products (torta caprese was yummy), you can also find fresh fruit. The room was spacious and clean. Everything perfect

The location is just amazing. Near the beaches, city center and port. A lot of sightseeing spots can be reached by foot. Stuff is very friendly and hospitable. Already thinking about next holidays in this island and hotel :)

everything was great. superb location, superb staff and owner who was always chatting to us and our son. the woman that cleaned our room provided us with very good guidance so we could plan our trip around the island. special thanks to her and her help.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. Gave us extra attention and always said hello and made conversation. Terrace wasn't private it was shared. So that needs to be mentioned when booking room. But we were still really happy given the view was pretty amazing!

The room was lovely, great location and value for money. We booked super last minute but there was no waiting time(we even arrived after the checking time!! Staff is super friendly and rooms are really well equipped as well as super clean (the balcony is also super cute!!!) Someone mistakenly opened the door to our room (using a key) around 5am. - however we did book the room very last minute. The gentleman left straight away and apologised.

The hotel is in a very good location between Ischia Ponte and Ischia centre. 5 min walk from the beach, 5 min walk from the Castle and 10 min walk from Via Roma, the main road. Also 2 min walk from bus station which takes you everywhere. Poor breakfast
