Great property, very clean room, great breakfast

beds only. 3 time we change our room.... our room in one bed and i reserve 2 bed i show the hotel and change me to other roon bad smell, so we go to other room and charge me $10 dlls . for this bad service never go back to this places.

Location and clean Pool seemed dirty, body wash and lotion in restrooms were empty, water took a while to warm up but all that was okay what messed it up was the guy at the front desk when I went to check out and tell them about a concern I had about my payment. He was not helpful plus rude so as I sat down in the lobby waiting to talk to my third party booking he’s in the phone with someone speaking a different language then after a while tells me he figured it out and that I was going to get a refund. I was okay with everything I knew I had to call customer service but it was just the treatment and did mention to him I didn’t like how he was just rude about it and as I walk off him and the lady in the phone (speaker phone) say something and laugh so obviously I know they were talking shit. Lady who checked me in was very super nice though it was her first check in and she was amazing!

Everything was excellent but little disappointed wasn’t able to enjoy the breakfast due to the 4th of July holiday! But will definitely stay here again.
