We have always chosen Hamptons whenever possible, so we chose this location to stay as the 1/2 way point enroute to our annual family vacation. Everything at this location could not have been better. The lady behind the desk when we checked in (two rooms) was so very friendly and our rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The microwave, coffee pot, ice bucket, everything was clean. We also had ample amount of towels for everybody. The decor was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, and the TV were also all in great ship. The breakfast was plentiful and well received. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked well maintained. We'll continue using Hamptons!

Check in an out was okay. They allowed us to change the room immediately without trouble. The initial room smelled like the previous guest brought a dog and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Changed rooms. 2nd room smaller and a bit stuffy.

Location of the property is near to amenities. Despite requested every morning to have my room cleaned, it was not cleaned at all. I have to go to the reception to request for new towels.

Breakfast okay. Those so-called "omelets" weren't the greatest. Actually had real bacon one day. Oatmeal in the crock pot or whatever it was did not appear to be cooked. Looked like it needed some add'l water. Otherwise, I would have eaten. It looked the same on two consecutive days. Coffee fresh & hot. Glad to see they had orange juice and yogurt. I tried around nine in the morning on Sunday to request an early checkout. I wanted to leave a day early. I called Booking. com who contacted hotel. Don't know if the local hotel or corporate, but it was denied. NOT happy about that. So stayed the extra day when I would have loved to have started for home as I had a 5.5 hr drive

Toilet stopped up on arrival. .Told the girl at the desk. .Left for several hours nothing done while we were gone. Went tonthe desk and asked for a plunger. She never looked up from her phone said there wasn't one.
