The Cloud One Nürnberg, by the Motel One Group

Perfect location right in the center, beautiful room with everything you need. Nice and polite staff, almost no waiting time at the elevator. Great roof top bar.

The front-desk staff were cheerful and helpful and worked as a team to get us checked in. The mattress was a little too soft.

Location Lounge was different!

Location of Hotel, modern decor, Nice reception area and Amazing Bar. I had a quiet room on 7th floor which although compact it did have most of what I needed. I was staying for 4 nights and the room got cleaned once! As I was only provided with one towel and this was not changed during my stay, so I had to use a damp towel to dry myself every morning - not acceptable for the price I paid. The room was not the cleanest - not awful but certainly required a deeper clean. Breakfast was a farce - I couldnt find a seat so after paying 25 Euros for a small bowl of yogurt, I took this to my room. I did start to queue for a coffee since only one of the three coffee machines was working i could not wait. No Iron in room so had to go to reception to get one. The next day the room service came in and removed it, despite not cleaning the room!! No new towel, no making the bed!! So I had to go downstairs AGAIN and cart it all the way from reception. I found this infuriating!

Everything was good

I didnt like many things actually, the AC was super awful, there no facilities inside the room ( kettle, water, and if you need the reception you have to go downstairs for them)

Location is very convenient, right next to the train station and just outside the Altstadt area. Our original room was way too small for two people and four days, but the staff was quick to accommodate us. For an extra 50 euro in total, we were quickly upgraded to a bigger and nicer room. We stayed at a Cloud One in Hamburg and absolutely loved it, which is why we chose them for our Nuremburg stay. But this one lacks the warmth of the Hamburg location. More suited for business travel, I guess.

The size of the room and bathroom. Lots of vagrants near the entrance due to the proximity of the train station.

Not something I hate but maybe an improvement. I think the rooms could have a mini fridge.

Great location, great views! Small rooms

Pretty standard premium hotel with a great location immediately adjacent to the Nuremberg Main Train Station. Their restaurant on the 13th floor offers an awesome view of the city. Definitely worth booking for that view alone! The shower was also nice and spacious.

Breakfast was delicious and varied.

Room was nice, quiet, clean and cozy (had two pillows). Breakfast was amazing! Lots and lots of things to choose from, also in BIO quality and LACTOSE FREE milk!!!! And I am always very appreciative of staff being friendly with the kids, makes a whole lot of difference to me!
