Proximity to the old town and train station without being in the old town and paying old town prices. It was just fine!

Very convenient to the train station. Room was clean with a surprisingly good breakfast. Lobby was a but loud and crowded when checking in but staff was doing everything possible to clear guests and get them to their rooms.

Location fantastic. Room and bathroom clean. Tiny bit of mold in the bottom of shower. Shower also had a very clogged drain.

This hotel is everything I want when I book a hotel: quiet, close to the action but not in the middle of it (so it is quiet), and this is just about a block away, safe, very clean, and great staff. Excellent location in walking distance from the city centre and other attractions, perfect breakfast in large lounge, rooms and rooms service as well - no complaints!! I do appreciate the service of reception girls, very nice, helpful and ready to help and recomment....!!! My navigation failed and it was little bit confusing to reach the hotel and underground parking in spite of the fact we saw the hotel....well, maybe the problem was my navigation, otherwise, if you find the right street to turn to the hotel.....from this moment everything is OK.

The location of the hotel is great. The room was satisfactory. The bed was comfortable, and the room was adequate, but it lacks basic amenities like a refrigerator or safe. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit small, and it lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator and safe. The room keys are SUPER sensitive, so they can be erased simply by being close to your mobile phone. It was really inconvenient that we had to have our key reactivated multiple times during our stay. I've never experienced this at another hotel before.

I loved the location. You can go to the historical center and to the Central Station in a minute. It's also close to everything you need. Moreover, even when you can't find something or somewhere open, in the hotel you'll definitely do with the lovely help of the staff. I had a great time there, and I could ask for one more night even with such short notice. Thanks. I would stay there if I came back. I can't think of anything.

There weren't any hand towels or wash clothes just 2 large towels.

The room is tiny and hard to breathe in. Beds are really uncomfortable, especially the pillows.

The location can’t be beat. It is right by the train station and the old town district; could not be more convenient. The price is also very good. You trade a small room, and average facilities and cleanliness for that great price. For a solo traveler this is a good option. Otherwise, I’d spend the extra 20-40 euros and go elsewhere. The afternoon front desk staff was terrible; and it is noted in multiple comments. Save all of us the boredom of replying about how you will “learn from our comments”; you know exactly who the problem is; just fix it.

The breakfast was pretty much the same as other hotels I've stayed it in Europe. I enjoyed the variety of foods offered. The room was very quite even though the hotel is in a busy area. I liked everything and would definitely stay here again!
