I liked the customer service of staff in the buffet , the pool entertainment too Unfortunately we had a horrible poor experience at checking in , everyone in check-in was rude & careless of our concerns and needs and requests , I rate it a Zero 0 .. they made check-in 34yr anniversary horrendous:( we wasted an entire day in lobby waiting to be checked in for our room despite I requesting priorly upon booking & calling directly to hotel prior to arrival to confirm early check in However, it was not honored at check in time :( first day wasted ! But yet charged for it :(

My room was nice maybe because I got an upgrade since I booked through booking.com. The shuttle rider Michael was kind too. I was here for a friend’s 50th the hotel made planning this event more difficult than it should have been. Communication was like pulling teeth, emails get responded to after days sometimes a week plus. Also different responses from different team members was frustrating. They need to have a better understanding of how to communicate and manage customer expectations. We also had a few tours, they would not let the buses come in to pick us up.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom producers suite and it was amazing! A little dated but overall very nice and clean

Restaurant availability. Lights in room hard to figure out. Balcony not private, walkway immediately below. Spa services very expensive. No sunset.

We loved the employees!!! So friendly and attentive. Always smiling. Your dinner reservations app was very difficult! We traveled as a family and had 2 rooms. We couldn't reserve a time together unless we went to a special desk. Very inconvenient and time consuming.

The location was nice and the decor of the hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly and always cleaning the rooms which I really appreciated. Foam party in the pool was fun and the live shows were entertaining. The beach was beautiful and views were spectacular. Breakfast was a very disappointing as the food was frequently repetitive and cold. Options were very limited if you did not have star pass, which I was not a huge fan of. Some of the guests (older ones) were incredibly rude and I didnt love the food options for lunch and dinner. The best food was the steak, lobster I had at a private dinner for my stepmother's birthday. Which was overpriced in my opinion. $600 for one tomahawk, 2 new york strips, veggies, and mash? That's a ripoff. There were like 15 of us we could have gotten more food for that price eslewhere. Pools closed very early and the birds were very annoying. Also didnt love all the hidden prices of everything. They give you a credit booklet which seems convenient until you actually try to use it and have to spend over $100 to get any credit. Maybe don't lead with that next time?

The power went out a few times which REALLY was bad considering it occurred on my nieces wedding day & we were all meting tyring to get ready & then the aire didn't turn on for about 4 hours later. Then the other time the power stayed off until 1a.m

The lack of fresh fruits was disappointing. Not much variety. Nightly entertainment was very poor. Fire show on two nights during a four day stay? Pool side activities were boring and lack enthusiasm and imagination. No music by the pool, only during the activities and only very briefly.

Location is great. Facilities are nice. Pools are nice. The cafe is great. Expensive. Food isn’t up to par for pricing.

The star class rooms were spacious and with a nice view of the ocean. Air conditioning did not work in the main hotels and facilities from the day we arrived. We stay from Friday to Tuesday. It wasn’t turned on until Tuesday night so it was so hot. So we spent most of the day not touring in the hotel room. They said it broke. There was a customer that complained about it in the lobby about their ac not working for the last few days and that same night the ac worked. Food wasn’t the greatest. Could not get a banana. It was only available in the morning at the coffee shop. Same with milk. It was only available in the morning.
