its above a live music restaurant which played every night i stayed there until late. you want your room to be quite. the pool on the roof is deserted and only look good in the pictures.

It was afforable. - Mold in the bathroom and on the curtain. - Room and bathroom need renovation as somethings were almost falling apart. - Noisy. Im used to some noise from hostels and they warned us about this beforehand but this was way worse. It felt like my bed was in the restaurant with live music. Dont go here if you want to sleep before 1am. - Booking mentions balcony but there is no balcony. We went to the reception to ask for a room with balcony but as they were fully booked, couldnt change us. It was maybe possible the day after but doubt that the room would be in a better shape than ours.

Very clean, minimalistic but nice rooms, confortable matters. Veeeeery noisy at night. The shower splashes all over the bathroom, it should be fixed.

Location on Avenida 5 was perfect. Walkable to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Laura was incredibly helpful in giving us great restaurants and bars to visit. Enzo was very helpful in assisting us on our ferry to Cozumel and other activities.

Location, cleanliness Noise until 2am. There was an open doors bar with live music right under the hotel open until 2am.

Rooms were clean. The walls were paper thin so you could hear all of the music playing downstairs. They did not stop playing the same five Bruno Mars songs. I must have heard Grenade 4 times in an hour and a half. Additionally, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and all of the water ended up on the floor.

Location is noisy but perfect to move everywhere I ordered special wedding stuff, and at arrival, the room wasn't set up as promised, and even they got us separated beds...lol later they fixed that but meh...

The place was really nice and location is amazing. I assumed it would be too much noise but it was just perfect. The only thing we didn't like it happened just upon our arrival. The card machine wasn't working properly and saying that our card has been declined even though just min before we were paying with the same card so we had to go to ATM to take a cash with the very same card and it worked. So big minus for that since we came all tired after our trip.

Too noisy most of the night with music from below. Staff talking too loud at 6am outside the room. Had to pay nearly the same price as the room because the sheets were a little dirty after sleeping in them!!!!
