The proximity to the venue was great. However, the location was also the downside since it was next to the highway and the room was very loud even at night.

Just a horrible experience deom the word GO!!

AC was great, breakfast was good, the room was very clean.

Excellent cinnamon rolls among the breakfast delights! We will definitely stay here again.

Great access to PNC ball park - a block away? Getting here on game day can be an issue with streets closed down, and parking is a little confusing, but accessible and convenient once you are there. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the hotel.

Water fountains not working. Treadmill in the workout facility out of order and water in the workout room was empty. However breakfast buffet was really good

Pretty noisy near the highway might want to bring ear plugs. Bring an eye mask because the smoke detector blinks bright all night long.

Our room was not ready until 15 minutes past the check-in time. The staff made me feel like the late check in time was not an issue for them to deal with. The fire alarm in the room had a strobe light that was flashing most of the night. During breakfast the pancake machine stopped working and it did not seem to be a priority with the staff to fix it. Also the breakfast area for the food was too small.

Shayla, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best it could possibly be!! The staff was great all around to!!

The only downside is I paid the whole bill of over184 dollars. Then they charge a 110 when u check out which will be refunded in a number of days. I can see this if it's a group of people but with two adults? Just my thoughts.

A bright, noisy experience. Parking at $28 per day resulted in us finding a spot under a highway ramp. Our care was literally coated in dirt when we left. We had to find a car wash immediately to get all the windows cleaned for visibility.

We stayed there for two nights and the TV did not work at all the entire stay.

The location was great. It was a 12 min walk to the football stadium, Acrisure. It was a 2 minute walk to PNC Park for baseball. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast had pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, plus bagels, cereal, cinnamon rolls and more.
