Rooms were clean, parking was great as well. Air conditioning was blowing really cold. Enjoyed the stay and the convenience of walking to Pismo beach.

Room had great AC, a fridge, and a microwave. Staff was helpful and easily accessible through text, and super nice every time we needed something. Super quiet, affordable, and quaint place. Would recommend!!

Loved the place and the beds Omgosh the best things ever! We been traveling from Oklahoma to Los Angeles and to here and it’s been the best bed we have slept on. Even continuing our trip, all we compare all the others bed of other hotels is to this one.

The queen bed I paid for was a double. The bed was uncomfortable, as were the pillows. The desk person was grumpy and took several hours to bring the extra pillow I requested. There was not one single drawer or closet in the room, just 3 wall hooks and 4 feet of counter space, and no luggage rack. There were some hangers on a single hook in the bathroom. We had to use the counter space for our clothing to keep it off of the floor. The room was cute and unique but small. The bathroom was large. I wouldn't have minded terribly about the lack of drawers and closet if only there was a comfortable bed.

Great place to stay, nice and clean. Restaurants and the beach walking distance. Overall a good experience.

Came with my family. Hotel clean. Beds comfy. Nice area. Close to the freeway. 10 min walk to beach. Only thing was out AC unit was loud and had a rambling noise. But other than that I will definitely come back here to stay again!

Only stopped for a night, decent motel, well equipped with a mini fridge.

The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable but it was a noisy location due to proximity of freeway and main road into town. Also, outside noise and loud conversation right outside our window early in the morning beginning at 7:30am from cleaning staff and possibly guests.
