Very nice stay. Clean room.
-
This hotel is beautifully designed, it’s clean, it’s near downtown Petaluma, and the staff is great!
-
This is a charming, well located property. I enjoyed my stay.

Employees were nice and helpful. The American flag out front was a disgrace, worn and tattered. The landscaping is nice, but the courtyard needs more furniture and the funiture that is there is filthy and worn. The thermostat was a bit complicated. There should be instructions included. Shower floor is slick.

This was a quiet, and wonderful respite for us and our dog when we were temporarily displaced from our local home. We had always been curious what it was like whenever we drove by and now we know first hand. This historic red brick silk mill has been tastefully remodeled while still preserving many aspects of the original structure and emphasizing its history with interesting artifacts, historical photos and graphics on the window coverings. There’s a large dining room, nice gym area and a peaceful garden area with fire pit. Since there is no pool, bar or full restaurant onsite, this charming boutique hotel seemed to draw a more reserved clientele. We thoroughly enjoyed its uniqeness and the peace it offered and would happily stay here again

A unique and very comfortable place to stay in Petaluma, especially when traveling south toward San Francisco. The hotel is located in a beautifully renovated historic building with a cool loft-style design. The rooms are a little unusual and different from a typical hotel room, but very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

It was a good experience. The only thing was upon checking in, their system was down. We were told it was a nationwide system down. The front desk had to do it old school (using a paper form), which took longer than usual. Breakfast was delicious. Checking out was a breeze. My bf & I had a great stay!

The issues we had was with the room itself. It had no dresser or really anyplace to put your clothes. There was a closet for hanging some items and there were two small pull out drawers but it was not nearly enough. We ended up living out of our suitcases for four days. There was also very little counter space on the bathroom. A little room around the sink and on top of the toilet but that's about it. I'll be sure and check those things ahead of time.

Nice staff at front desk

Hotel looked brand new. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location. Near Petaluma’s downtown area. Everything was great.
-
My favorite hotel…I stay here at least 2x a year.
-
I like everything about this hotel. Making use of an old building and turning it to a hotel is really neat.
-
Very nice comfortable beds, great location, clean, with very friendly staff. Totally enjoyed our stay

Super people, and gorgeous place.
-
Amazing, shocking discovery: a chain hotel that took an abandoned silk (yes, silk) factory it made it into affordable overnight stay in a room with 12 foot ceilings and exposed brick wall.

Relatively new hotel in a converted silk factory, Interesting architecture and associated history. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable for the most part. Good breakfast included in the price of the room. I found the beds to be way too soft - hurt my back to sleep on them.

Enjoyed the hotel, Petaluma, and the region! Highlight was the Peacetown concert series in Sebastapol...
