I liked the location and breakfast facilities Stations on the television set could not be changed unless the remote was held next to the back of the set. This was reported to the reception staff. One staff visited the room and said a maintenance person would fix the problem. Unfortunately the TV was never fixed during my stay

The hotel location is excellent and it is in city center. Foods stalls are near and easy to move around. I always choose Sunway whenever I am in Penang. Not really as it been refurbished before. Facilities are good and clean. Staffs are helpful too.

The location is convenient, the place is clean and the ground staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Had a positive accommodation experience here. The room could use better lighting as it was very dim. Also noticed stains on the curtains, which affected the overall impression.

The room is very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the city. The room access card detection was quite poor though but it still worked when it needed to.

Hotel in city center, lot of street foods around. Convenient to move around. Location is superb, I had stayed here before this trip. Practically nothing.

Best location with many street foods all within walking distance. Nice to walk around the surrounding area. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Clean room and with sound proof. Many parking spaces for those who drive. None

Air conditioning system needs to be improved. Hardly any air. Not cold enough although the technicians came to check.

Location was good with ease to variety of food and night street hawker More seats at Lobby for people waiting to check in, option for dinner in the restaurant. Buffet for breakfast could be better in terms of options.
