There was nothing to like about this hotel Don't stay at this hotel it's terrible. It's dirty, broken, run down and the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. We arrived early and they refused to allow a early check in they wanted to charge a full days rate for 2 hours early. We finally decided to leave our things and go explore. Upon our return at 2pm we got surprised by the additional charge of 150 Ringet over and above the initial price that we booked on the bookings.com site. The room was never serviced for the duration of our stay. We had to ask each day for toilet paper, coffee sugar etc. The TV was broken the curtains falling off, the windows does not close because they are broken the bedding had blood spots on them. I'm Greatful I travel with my own spare set of pillow covers and a sheet. Dirt all over walls carpets looks like a contraction site. Staff doesn't greet let alone help you. I've dug deep to find something good to say and sad but true there is not one thing I could find. Thank God we did not allow this to dampen our visit to George Town as is could very easily have done that.

,Cancel even before I can check in, said pay at property. But just few minutes before I almost arrived. Tell me is cancelled

1. Parking. No reservation parking for hotel guest. Need to park my car far away from hotel (nearby school). 2. Check in time. I came 1hr late to hotel due to traffic jam (booking earlier), and expecting my room is ready. I even call the Hotel to confirm that I will arrive around 10mins more. As i get the access card, and found out the room wasn't ready, still not clean from previous customer. Why they only have one housekeeper?? I need to wait 15mins more to get in. For sure already interrupt my plan. 3. Air cond. The most problematic problem. I had to sleep inside the room with problem air cond?? I can only feel the air from the aircond but the air isnt cold. Reported to them about the air cond @12am but they only suggest us to move out from the room and transfer to another hotel with bedroom outside. Means they just suggest us with downgrade package. 4. I try to claim receipt from them, but until now they still didnt send me any receipt to my email. I believe they didnt have proper receipt for this. Please improve! 5. No discount from what i've experience during the stay.

Nothing except the location We took family room...and it was so small like single room... No wife working but when we ask they said got wifi when we connect u couldn't able to access... Very very disappointed

Nothing The staff booked my room out to another customer when I came, told me I didn't have a room and forcefully transferred me to another hotel. Just spoiled my entire experience. If you have the budget and other options please choose another hotel

24h counter staff One staff told me they can’t accept cards for a bill of 400++ringgit. There are also additional charges of tourism tax and heritage tax and also a percentage from Booking.com. Anyways, a second staff came in and allowed to charge on my card. My hotel card got locked out everyday so I needed to return to the counter to get it set up every day
