easily the worst hotel in many years of travel. while the location is central and convenient, many of the rooms face a noisy commercial street. don't be fooled by the seemingly reasonable intial booking price—the front desk staff are incredibly mercantile, crass and unpleasant (the filipino guy in particular). they run the hotel like a stock market, seizing every opportunity speculate on market trends and gouging room prices by 50% the second a weekend or public holiday hits. worse, they unabashedly refuse to give your deposit back under flimsy pretexts. my first trip to malaysia is completely tarnished by this appalling experience. if you cherish your vacation and your peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs.

We paid extra toursim fee even though it was already included in our booking payment what was explicitly written there. When I told the receptionist, she ignored it. Our room (303) was next to the smoking area (terace), and yes, everytime somebody smoked, you could feel the smoke in the room. The wifi was terrible, not suitable for a remote work.

First I want to compliment your staff Isaac & Salim. Salim was very helpful from the start. He made checking in quick & easy. He even brought in the towels for us, so thank you very much Salim. Isaac was at checking out. He was customer friendly. Both these guys are an asset to your company. Location was excellent. We enjoyed our stay & I have already recommended this property to my friends & family The size of the room was quite disappointing. Too small, no space to move around, could have been better.
