The hotel location was perfect, few minutes away from George Town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Location is great, and staff are friendly and helpful. But the hotel needs refurbishment. Hotel management needs to seriously consider a "face lift" for the hotel.

the room was well maintained. staff were friendly. breakfast was ok bedsheet had blood stains, TV is outdated, not smart TV, water dropping sounds in the room at night.

Location was great. All was pretty good, though I wished the bathroom was a little bigger.

I stayed in room 1715. I chose the hotel because of the location and it’s very close to the famous blue mansion. The hotel is quite large and you can definitely tell that this was a premium hotel back in the days. It is definitely not new, but I believe management does good effort to maintain it. My room was facing the sea, which was really lovely. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need, even toothbrush. I especially loved that they offer you a jug to refill water at the dispenser in the corridor for free. Always appreciate free water at the hotel and this was really great. That was actually comfortable, more than I expected. Breakfast was good, white selection, even some sushi, nothing surprising, but you can definitely pick something. Staff was very thoughtful and very helpful at the reception and I really appreciated it. Stay just for one night so I think for a short stay considering the price it’s a good option! The hotel is not new, so of course you can tell it from the rooms. Again, the hotel does good effort to maintain it so it’s all very clean but if you’re looking for a modern looking hotel, maybe that’s not it.

everything was spectacular from the first i step into the hotel. the staff, the ambiance, the location. 1. the room, it is very big and comfortable and i had so many space for me to perform my prayers without blocking others way. 2. staff is very friendly, assisting me and my mother well when we needed something especially during the breakfast 3. the welcome drink they provided for the customers during check-in, very thoughtful since it's a very hot weather during my visit, the A/C kinda not cool enough but glad that they have fan as well in the room, so somehow it helps to cool the room which i cannot complaint much

The location is excellent as a lot of places of interests were within walking distance The room is clean and spacious The staff are very helpful and kind.
