Location, staff No AC, stairs steep and narrow. Everything too old.

Very polite and helpful personnel. Perfect spot.

The hotel is in an excellent location in 2nd arrondissement, close to lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of advice and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here.

The location was excellent, right on doorstep of 2nd Arr with food places and good vibes. Being on 5th floor and No lift! 100 steps up. Air conditioning didn't keep room cold, that coupled with a fan to circulate the warm air was very noisy. The angled roof meant a few times we hit our heads and the fridge wouldn't chill our food properly so we lost our yoghurt and humus. They said they checked it, but it didn't get cold... yes cooler water was ok but not like a proper mini fridge. It probably couldn't compete with the heat in the room.

I met the owner and his mother who the hotel is named after and had such a wonderful time staying there. I had to add a couple of nights to my stay and the owner was so quick to find a room for me. The location of the hotel is in a great neighborhood full of shops and cafe's and always full of life!!

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was extremely clean. Great location, only 5 minutes to the closest metro.

Excellent location close to street full of cafes and food shops. Many tourist sites within walking distance. The fan provided was very powerful and was invaluable with temperature in mid thirties. Room was very small. Not much floor space for cases and no air conditioning.

Very clean and comfortable room, very helpful and friendly staff. No air conditioning but a large fan was provided!! Great location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Great value!! Nothing, it was all good. A little warm at night.

La ubicación es increíble. El staff es muy amigable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar a que tu estadía sea muy buena. Un poco de mala suerte, pero Paris estaba en plena ola de calor y el ventilador no era muy fuerte. Las noches fueron un poco calurosas por esto.

Location, staff, cleanliness No mini fridge, no english channels on tv but then we knew this before we paid so though its a dislike we knew etta the price.
