Really nice small hotel in the city with bistro and seating on the boardwalk. Staff was very friendly and attentativr Gym was very small, not so greatly equipped and in the basement. Breakfast only starts at 7.30 which I paid for but could not make use of

Location is amazing! Staff is helpful and nice. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. We took a room facing the street which is beautiful but we didn’t realize how loud it’s going to be in the weekend (4th floor)

Breakfast was not included but was $30 which was outrageous. Staff barely greeted you it was kind of a free-for-all definitely not worth $30. The elevator was broken for out of the days that we were there we had to use the service elevator the entire time were there the staff didn’t seem to care.

Amazing location. Loved the suite layout and decor. A subway train runs underneath the hotel which you can feel even on the 7th floor where we stayed (technically 8th fl in America). The shower and bath drains didn’t work properly and it smelled like sulfur at times. Some of the staff was more friendly than others but I think it’s just a different hospitality culture.

Great location near metro and restaurants. Several nice walking streets with food and a variety of restaurants. Staff were nice and the restaurant staff at the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us for lunch after a long flight and early arrival.

Average The street noise on Saturday night was super loud. Lasted until 4am and we were on the 6th floor Also rumbling noise for the subway that I assume was located underneath the hotel
