Nothing I have stayed in many luxury properties around the world, and I have never been treated in such a manner. Despite the hotel being proudly owned by my beloved country, I did not experience any respect — neither during check-in nor check-out. The lack of hospitality and professionalism was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I expected a warm welcome and a pleasant farewell, but instead, I felt ignored, disrespected, and unwelcome.

This is the first time after many stays at the hotel that the room service was not as good as previous trips. Whether it was the quality of the food or taste.
