Nothing Ended up with over twenty flea bites (could see them on floor and furniture). When reported to staff they insinuated I brought them with me however I had previously stayed in a different hotel for a week and had not been bitten once. The shower flooded the bathroom floor within sixty seconds of turning it on (assuming blocked drains). The furniture was held together with cellotape. The reception is several doors down from rooms (have to go back outside) and the lift only fits two people (not ideal when travelling with children). Bathroom is tiny and door is glass frosted so illuminates the bedroom (again not ideal when travelling with children).

Close to Gare du Nord although felt like an unsafe street. Windows in bathroom door were transparent.

Location was meet my expectations. Only one issue the air conditioning suddenly started squicky noise really early morning which happened two nights . We needed to inform them second night which they fixed it . Third night early morning I didn’t call them again I turned off the air conditioning at around 5:30 . Location I like the most and the staffs at the reception . The bed was fine but the duvet cover was bit smelly although they changed it but after changing I found the same smell .I’m not making any complain but for the improvement. I needed for those 3 nights booking urgently on that location which I got. I really appreciate for that .

Nothing The rooms were not cleaned at all just beds made. There were bugs which were visible where the kettle area was.

inside the room its fair but breakfast was very good. i booked queen and sofa for my kids they combine two twins and that gap was a problem also building is kinda old but clean Hotel is close to Gare du nord but area is very crowded and hotel building itself in indian town .. also room intercom/phone was not working the actual hotel building is 2 building away from reception building so there is no way for room service or if u need anything so you have to go down and walk 2 buildings down.

The location close to the metro station is very good The staff (first day) rarely spoke english and didn't give us good guide

Good location and access to the train station. The staff was nice. The bathroom was not really functioning properly the water didn’t flow right But it was fine for a short stay
