Everything was really nice, room service lacking a bit and the level of room cleaning wasn't top

The staff was exceptional! The front desk especially. They were so kind and accommodating. They were eager to answer any of my questions and gladly showed me where to go and things I could do on my own! I felt safe and well taken care of!

Love the lovely environment of the hotel. Very clean and I was fortunately enough to receive an upgrade from the management. Which I’m super appreciative of that. Housekeeping team did a wonderful cleaning too throughout my 5 days there. Will look forward to come back. Lift is pretty slow and small. But it’s fine.
