Elevator is very small. . Tight fit for two people.

Very small room. But we managed. Difficult to keep the floor dry in the bathroom. A shower stall would be preferable to a bathtub. At least should have a grab bar and an anti slip mat in the tub.

Clean, comfortable, good staff, delicious breakfast, nice room. The noise in the morning from other rooms and walking may think the installations have been working for many years.

I was put in the room with construction so I had to ask to move another room but once they did that it was all good ?

Property was exceptionally clean and staff was very polite. Breakfast selection was very nice. We enjoyed everything about the property.

Breakfast was good but it was cramped as it is a small space. There were a group of guests that monopolised the breakfast area. Location was fantastic, close to restaurants and public transport. Staff was super friendly and very helpful!

The location was excellent. The bed and room were comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly The elevator was tiny and the curved staircase challenging, Bathroom was tiny.

The lady at the front was really sweet. She helped my husband located restaurant for my 50th birthday!!!

The staff was the nicest, truly! All of the 4 receptionist and the lady on the breakfast, it was my mom’s first time in Europe and she was very happy to stay at your hotel. The location is amazing, room size perfect, super clean, breakfast is delicious (already missing it). Everything was perfect! Highly recommend.

It was nice to get a light breakfast which lasts from 7 to 10 am. It consists of pastries, cereals, hot eggs, sausage and ham and toasts, coffee, fruits and juices. Staff were really nice and approachable. We were able to leave with them our bags before check-in and after check-out too. Very clean rooms and the location was superb. Quiet area and no anti-social behaviors around when we were there. Although as it is in an affluent neighborhood, restaurants cost more than those outside it. But since the Metro is a few mins walk from the hotel, you can go anywhere in just a jiffy. On our first day, there were some noise coming from up above our floor. Like people walking around late in the night. But on our next nights, it was fine and we had better sleep. No kettle in their mini bar but there is one in the reception as they've told us prior to our stay Although we didn't need it.

This is my third time at this hotel. Location and service are great. Highly recommended.

Very clean and nice hotel with updated amenities. The staff was very helpful and kind. I brought my mom here for her birthday and we had a very nice experience here. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Also, the beds were so comfortable! Our shower faucet was broken when we arrived but the staff was super helpful and accommodating to get it replaced.

While completely functional and clean, the bathroom is a bit on the older side.

Close to metro Small, need updates

It’s in a great location, close to the Eiffel Tower and with restaurants, shopping, etc all nearby. My room was clean and bright, large for a Paris hotel. The bed was comfortable. Reception friendly and there was a very nice continental breakfast available. Hallways are a bit dark but it’s part of the style of the place.
