The neighborhood isn’t great, especially at night

The rooms are big enough and well maintained, nice and clean, which is already more than you can say about many other places in Paris. The ambiance is cozy and everything works. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is classic but good. All in all, it is a great value for money in a city where the hospitality industry can be rough for foreigners.

It was quiet and breakfast was nice. Bed was firm but comfortable. Room was extremely small. Hard to fit luggage in and no seating. Toilet leaked and wouldn’t flush properly. Heat wouldn’t work for us during the night.

Clean and good breakfast Neighborhood

Close to restaurants and public transport. Bed was comfortable. Laundry facilities across the road. Quiet inside, staff friendly Paid for a terrace room, couldn’t use it; was covered in bird poo and cigarette butts. Room was far too small for a couple with large suitcases. The entrance to the hotel was untidy and rubbish scattered, pretty much like the streets around the hotel. The hotel inside was clean.

Breakfast was amazing: food fantastic, service good & much appreciated, location of breakfast very pleasant & comforting. Appreciated the home away from home feel. Open window to grass blowing in the breeze outside was cherry on top. Staff was top tier. Location is terrible. May consider opening a new hotel somewhere else. Location puts a huge damper on the greatness of this hotel and I can’t unfortunately come back only due to this fact. As a single person traveling alone did not feel safe in this location.

Bed was comfy and the staff was friendly Not the cleanest and in a dodgy area of Paris, but that's on me for not researching it before...

Rooms are clean and staffs are very communicative

Breakfast was poor, every day the same. On Saturday was no food and no one to bring other.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast options were very, very limited. We stayed there for 7 nights, so you just can imagine how difficult it was to eat the same thing after a few days. Buffet should be bigger or dishes rotated every day.

Reasonably well appointed The parking was closed when we got there and as a disabled person that was disappointing and difficult for us to find safe parking. It should be clearly indicated that they have parking, but it shuts down at a certain time.

Breakfast is ok, the same everyday Location is 2 minutes walking from Marx Doromy Metro Station, but far from attractions Value is ok, but a little bit expensive cause I booked late Location is at least 30 minutes by metro to nearest attractions, and 30 minutes from airport by taxi Need to take better care of cleaning Breakfast should be improved, and increase alternatives

Very nice ,and convenient location

1- the bed/mattress was comfortable 2- the breakfast was good 3- the location was close to a Metro stop 1- the room size was extremely small (even for Paris) 2- the AC was turned off/ room was stuffy
