The buffet in the restaurant was ok at best. For a heritage property the buffet food selection was limited and the croissant and pastry selection was poor! While the staff was sincere they were very unprepared to manage guest check-in for the wedding we attended. Considering the hotel had received the guest list for approximately 45 rooms months in advance the check-in process was chaotic and mismanaged with our rooms not being ready on time and checked-in incorrectly.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and a charming outside restaurant/breakfast place in the courtyard. Close proximity to two metro stations and hence very easy to reach other locations in Paris.

Everything is excellent : the hotel, the staff, the location Our stay was very pleasant ❤️

The staff on the reception for check-in and check-out were very rude and not understanding (Emma &Solene). On the day of check-in the kept us waiting for the room for more than 3hours. Then when we came to check out we went to champs-elysees and there was a marathon event so we arrived 30 minutes late and they were not understanding and made us pay 40 euro for just 30mins.

This is a fantastic hotel so close to Versailles you are almost in the Palace. The smell in the corridor on our floor was awful.

The staff are excellent and very friendly. The room on our first night was too hot and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. On day 2 of our stay, a pipe burst in the roof of our roof, flooding the room and rendering it unusable. This was NYE and the hotel was full, so we were relocated to the Mariott at the airport. The staff were great and helped as much as they could, and our costs were refunded by the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. The Bed was comfortable. The staff, particularly the concierge, was a bright spot. The concierge, who has been with the hotel for 17 years, went above and beyond to help us switch rooms and was indeed a pleasure to deal with. His professionalism and warm demeanour stood in contrast to the now lacklustre environment. Hearing that he was at the hotel during its better days was bittersweet. Having stayed at this property when it was the charming boutique hotel "Le Parc," I was saddened to see what it has become under the Marriott Bonvoy brand. Once a lovely, quaint escape just outside the centre of Paris, the hotel has lost all its former charm. The beautiful plaid and tartan décor that gave it such a warm, inviting feel has been replaced with a sterile, uninspired design featuring laminated white, grey, and shiny brown surfaces. The character that made this place so unique has been entirely erased. Our stay started on a disappointing note with a room in the offshoot of the hotel. The room had low ceilings and an unappealing view over a roof and felt damp, tired, and in need of serious renovation. To their credit, the staff quickly accommodated our request to move rooms. The second room was an improvement in that it wasn’t damp but still small, hard to manoeuvre around the furniture, outdated, and uncomfortable. The overall condition of the hotel is concerning. Peeling paint and scratched walls are everywhere, and the once lush, luxurious atmosphere has vanished. The property has not been maintained to the standard it once held. We chose not to dine at the hotel, as the atmosphere wasn’t conducive to a pleasant meal. Even the cappuccino in the lobby was disappointing, which only added to the overall sense of decline. I won’t be returning on my next visit to Paris, but I hope that one day, Marriott Bonvoy will invest in restoring this once beautiful hotel to its former glory. Not worth £500+ a night.

We arrived in Paris very early, way earlier than checkin time, but Charles at the front desk was exceptionally accommodating. He gave us an early check in and free breakfast for two as there was an issue with the system. We would definitely stay here again, everything was really good especially the court yard .

Breakfast was a buffet and was mediocre. Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages were never hot . No hot water for one day, travelling companions had a flood in their room. Basin in bathroom was not "watertight" even thouth we asked for technician and water flowed continuously. There was only a pedestal on one side of the bed (room56) so we has to use an upside down dustbin to put night time drink and book on the otherside of the bed. The staff making up the room was poorly trained , forgot to top up coffee, water etc.

Location, comfort, staff friendly The air conditioning/heating didn’t work properly and the staff didn’t seem to be concerned but the room was either very hot or then cold

Stuff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel needs an upgrade. The elevator needs to be fixed, we changed a room that was right next to elevator because of the scratch noise it was making. Then in another room, the air conditioner was making leaking noise we had to call reception to fix this.

One member of staff - Armondo - actually prevented a thief from stealing my rental car from outside the hotel. He directly intervened to prevent the theft, took a photo of the culprit before he ran away and even called the police. Superb.

Was clean The shower was very small and no light so shaving or washing hair was an issue . Not value for money .
