I am giving 5 stars based on how much the hotel met what we asked for We wanted an affordable comfortable place in Paris for 3 adults and would be near to walk or take the metro to famous Paris landmarks The place met those requirements and more The room had 3 beds for each of us Even though it was in a busy area, the noise was minimal The breakfast was Parisian and essential and delicious However, it was the staff who went out and about to make our stay perfect that made us Wan to give 5, wishing to give 10, stars We were met by Oliver who was warm, helpful and answered all our questions Then there was Fernando who helped us navigate the metro of Paris. There is everyday cleaning The lounge is petite but comfortable Everything you need is close. There is a laundry service near the hotel if you plan a long stay A Patessrie shop and several mini markets The metro is about 7 minutes walk We came in November which was very cold but the room had 2 heaters and one extra in the shower We had the best stay Now I have to mention some things that others would find lacking but were OK for us 1- the toilet and the shower/washing basin are seperated. You need to go to another area to wash your hands. Personally, I did not mind that as one person would be doing their business and the other would be showering 2- the toilet is small. If you are a big person, it would be uncomfortable. Again, it was not a problem for us 3- the room is presented as suitable for 4 persons. There is a king bed and 2 twin beds. However, 4 ppl would be too tight 4- it maybe a bit hot if your visit is in summer All in all, we loved our stay and felt very safe and welcomed Nothing

I liked the location, not far from Opéra or Passage. It is located in a very vibrant area (so the night was quite noisy)Staff were very helpful and they permitted to let my luggage for a long time although I was not there. In my room, a window in the bath room didn't close. As it was Saturday night, it was a bit noisy.

Only minor detail , a facility in room to make a coffee would have been good. The property is excellently located to visit Paris major attractions.

Good location Unclean, cigarettes in cups not cleaned properly? Rubbish under bed awkward bathroom layout

The team is top notch. Great breakfast. Basically everybody is trying to make your stay as plaisant as possible, very accommodating. Lack of amenities in the room, tooth glass, shampoo, kettle, etc. Only one chair.

+ Staff was very polite and helpful. + Location is great, close to metro stations and most of the sights in the city. + Elevator was working (I saw there were reviews about problem with it in the past) - Room was very small (I was in a double room). - No air-conditioning, only fan. It gets really hot during the day. - Price was very high but I guess this was because of the Olympic Games.

Both receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful The lift wasn’t working, the rooms were not very spacious

The room itself was small but had everything needed. A typical Paris under roof style room. Great bed and pillows, good view from the room on the 6th floor The elevator didn’t work and my room was on the 6th floor. It was warm in the hallway and going up and down the stairs was a challenge and I’m rather fit. I met a lady who was resting halfway up. The room itself was really warm and the airco didn’t work. It would however make a loud noise for a minute or 2 every few hours. This woke me up at 2AM and again at 5AM

Very good location, perfect to visit the city. Rooms are nice we had a very beautiful view of Montmartre. Staff is very welcoming!
