Clean, friendly staff, good location, close to Cadet Metro Stop Line7, Close to Passages for shopping. Amazing balcony with view of Montmartre. AC that worked and provided a nice cool room at the end of a day of walking. Needed a taxi for an early train departure and front desk staff called it for me, otherwise would have had to hunt for a taxi early morning on a Sunday. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked to offer good choices. Fixtures in bathroom sink were fairly dated and while functional, need servicing. Elevator is pretty small and allows for two people no bags. Not a big deal, just need to shuttle bags and people if you have a large party.

Location, clean room, recommend it!

Clean nice room Taps in the bathroom sink are very long and almost out of sink, its very hard to wash your hands without getting water all over your clothes and shoes.

Great location! Lots of places to eat or drink and good bakeries near by. The room was excellent, clean, with a nice balcony with view! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, there was hot water. Everything was very good!

There was mold on the bathroom wall which was otherwise a very decent bathroom.

The room was tiny.

The hotel has a policy of leaving your key st the front desk when you leave for the day. Strsnge.

Location was perfect. The balcony view was a bonus. The room was a bit small.

The room was great, the location was even better! Walking distance to so many interesting places and easy access to transit. The area had a nice charm and vibe to it.

Location, service, cleanliness, air conditioning I liked everything

The location, the daily cleaning, the 24/7 reception. All rooms had central air which is great for the summer. It was quite cold in one of our rooms. You could hear the draft from outside, the other room was able to heat quick because of the low ceilings. The only downside is the cold.

Clean and comfortable. Noise was not an issue. Location, but it's Paris and it was still wonderful.

The bathroom didnt have a good ventilarion system. The sink was like insdustrial and with a very tiny mirror and almost not place to put even the tooth brush. The bedsheets were ok but honestly could ve better as it hardly covers you . The staff was well very Paris like. Like 0 interest in helping or answer your questions he was in bad mood always. But i guess is the Standard.

The curtains don't fit the windows perfectly so light can get in and wake you up.

Close to Metro and accesible, location is great and close to restaurant. NONE

It was very great. Good area, clean.

We stayed here for the second time, mostly because location is amazing and great value for cost. We requested for this time the room with bathroom and the friendly staff provided it to us, although few rooms have bath. The internet in the room I stayed this time was very bad and not possible to work remotely. the room is rather small but sufficient

The only good thing about this property is the location. We were able to walk everywhere, convenient to more than one metro stations, many bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I will agree with many previous comments on the rude staff. I felt I was talking to a robot. The room had a bad sewer smell, we had to open the windows for some relief. Additionally, no clue when the bathroom was last mopped, I could tell there were dirt stains and the hotel WiFi was terrible! If you come from abroad this will make your life difficult to navigate maps or plan your next day trip….

Staff were not the most enthusiastic.
