Loved how close it was to the train station. Made it very easy to go to the airport the next day. The staff was beyond lovely and dedicated. They really went out of their way to make our experience a pleasant one. The area wasn’t the greatest. But once inside the hotel, we forgot where it was located.

Very close to the station, renovated and comfortable bathroom, good a/c Very noisy: the window of our room was broken and didn't shut properly, and we could hear a lot of noise from the street below, despite being on the 5th floor. They also should invest in double glazing windows.

I had a perfect stay in Paris at the Midnight Hotel! The Hotel is close to Gare du Nord, which is very convenient if you arrive from CDG Airport. The wifi worked great, the staff was always available, kind, and helpful. Nothing really

Elevator, airconditioning, clean comfortable beds, easy check in. Adequate size room. Close to Gare du Nord While convenient to Gare du Nord the neighborhood is not very interesting.

We couldn't get a train ticket from Bordeaux to Paris, so we had to hire a car. It took 8+ hours to reach Paris and we finally entered the Hotel at 10 PM. Eric was at the desk and very helpful. He told us about a restaurant nearby that would probably be open. We had mentioned that tomorrow was my husband's birthday and when we got back from the restaurant there was a packet of macaroons for him. We selected this hotel because it was close to Gare du Nord where we were to catch the Eurostar. It was 3 blocks a little uphill but we navigated it fairly easily (we are both in our 80's).

Warm welcome, very attentive about our comfort and our needs . I recommend

Location is not the best. Very close to train station, but not the best

Location to Gare Du Nord, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good size of room compared to usual size of room in Paris. Small breakfast area but very good variety.

We were able to store our bags ahead of time, and the gracious receptionist gave wonderful suggestions for our time in the (beautiful) neighborhood. Also: super quiet!!

The staff were lovely, the room was great and the breakfast was very good.

The only positive aspect of my stay was one of the lobby staff members, Billy, who was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet expectations. The room, overall service from other staff, and the breakfast offering were all disappointing. What I did not like was the room, particularly the limited space. Additionally, upon arrival, I was dissatisfied with the room and bed, as they did not meet the requirements I had specifically requested. Additionally, the staff at the time of my arrival were not helpful, which made the check-in experience less welcoming.

Good value for the money. Lovely little hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location near Gare Nord or Gare de L'est to reach both gares without taxis. I had a really lovely room in the attic with exposed beams and a very comfortable, large bed. Perfect for my stay before leaving in the morning from Gare de L'Est without any hurries.

Location to train stations. Noise being transmitted through walls.

Not much good to say. Day staff is ok. Breakfast not great. The place is tiny, dark and noisy at night. Everything is old. The dining room is a small hall (didn't have any seats in the morning available so I ate standing up). It's located on a super loud street and bad isolation so you hear everything.

Staff friendly and helpful, beds comfortable, decent breakfast The bathroom could have been scrubbed harder and the shower drain was slow

Very modern decor Nothing

The front desk staff. Nya was phenomenally kind and helpful, esp when our Uber drive got lost and we were running late for the airport. She talked to him on the phone and came out the door to make sure everything went well once he was there. Booking's photos and descriptions were very deceptive. We thought our room was supposed to be rather luxurious. Instead it was quite spartan, dark, and smelled bad. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy and the breakfast room was so small that it was difficult to be in there with more than 2 other people. It wasn't worth the pretty high price.

It room size is good, clean and comfortable. And the location is good and closed to the stations. N/a

Really pleasant hotel in the middle of a busy street with many different ethnic food options. Not far from both Gare Nord and Gare East as well as RER and metro connections. Staff was friendly and spoke great English and our room was fairly larger than expected, which allowed us to spread out bags. As with many older Parisian buildings, the elevator is very tight-- only 1 or 2 people and a bag perhaps. If there's a rush to leave in the morning, you may be waiting for a little while or wish to take the stairs.
