I arrived in the morning and could sit in the hotel to work while the room was not ready yet, I was even offered a coffee and it was a very warm welcome by the governess. The hotel was easy to find, good location for a quick work trip to Paris, near public transportation. nothing really.

The worst part? The staff entered my room to "clean" WITHOUT MY PERMISSION—I never put up the cleaning sign. It was a complete violation of privacy just to find an opportunity to steal. My shoes and my AirPods were taken on June 5th. When I confronted the hotel, management showed absolute indifference and zero responsibility. They simply brushed it off, protecting their dishonest staff instead of their paying customers. This hotel is completely unsafe, unprofessional, and complicit in theft. You are risking your money and your personal safety by booking here. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Location is very convenient to take Eurostar train. Delicious bakery and foods are nearby. There is no tissue holder in the bathroom, very annoying.
-
Very clean and close to the train station
-
Good location and nice place to stay. It is easy to go around an it is located very near to the station. Everything is as pictured and we had friendly reception too. Very small elevator space

The whole property was comfortable and clean. The staff were a great pleasure to encounter - very helpful, polite, friendly and multi-lingual. The property was super convenient to the Gare du Nord. My room was small but very comfortable and well - organized. The decor was up to date and chic, the bathroom was immaculate, and the air conditioning was very nice during a hot few days!

It was awesome ? Everything

Room might be cute but it is tiny. And we got one of the biggest room and couldn't move around easily. The bathroom was laughably small. Part of the sink was hovering over the toilet, so when you sit on them, the sink is digging in your chest/head depending how tall your are.

Great location, close to train station and our car rental. Staff was very nice and helpful. Elevator was so small, it took several trips to get our luggage up to rooms.

The room was so quiet for being located on a very bustling street, the decor was so beautiful & the bedding was very comfortable! For those that love air conditioning the room had one that was VERY strong when needed. Staff was very friendly and attentive, I will definitely be returning as I travel to Paris often for work.

The staff is excellent, and so helpful. We asked to change rooms because if you like to sleep with window open the rooms giving onto the main road are a bit noisy. The ones at the back are quiet.

We arrived 13th August 2025 pur flight landed in Paris at 9am, we made it to the hotel for around 11.30am, I had messaged some days before spoken to someone whilst in the UK, and was a advised they will accommodate our arrival, we had 3 children ages 3, 5 and 10 who were extremely exhausted, our 3 year old suffers from eczema, so when wr arrived we requested the early check in so the children can rest, bath and then we can go out, the gentleman was very rude on shift during our arrival, he advised check in was at 3pm, he said he will store our luggage and we can return which was not what I was advised, however we left and took the children to McDonald's, we returned at 1pm as we couldnt jeep our 3 yr old out in the heat and was starting to affect his skin and we couldn't keep yim out in the hotel weather, so we returned, the same gentleman behind the reception desk was very rude, he wouldnt allow us to go in to the lounge area where we could see our luggage was to take a nappies and his cream out, then kept telling us to move away from the door but we tried to keep the 3yr and 5yr old entertained, so now approach 3pm and still nothing but yet other people who arrived around 2pm was being given rooms, I approached the gentleman and he advised the rooms are not ready so this took place between 330pm, to then get told one room is ready but then the room for the 2 children aged 3 and 5 is not ready and they can wait in the room available, which was on the 5th floor, which was very poor service and disappointing as we could take the luggage up to the 5th floor to then being it back to another room, he then advised us the room will be ready in 25 minutes do at this point the time is approaching 4pm, we have lost at least half day due to this, we was advised he will call in the room 500, but no call so we went back down amd we was given the room on tje 1st floor, the stairs leading to the room near the reception desk.

The stairs were a challenge since we had large suitcases and had to carry them up to the second floor. Thankfully, the receptionist kindly helped us with our luggage at check-in.
